First, the cleaning lady cleans to a high standard. Our room and the bathroom were spotless. She provided clean towels, bedding, slippers, toiletries...Reastaurant is also very clean, and chef Ali cooks delicious food. A massive thank you to Gazi for arranging transport to the airport for us, and to Mustafa for driving us to the airport. So, all staff are amazing. We loved the breakfast. There's a partial Bosphorus view from the balcony as well. The hotel is within walking distance to all public transport, Galata Bridge, Galata pier, Galata tower are all five minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants, shops only couple minutes walk. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly, as is often the case in Turkey, and we loved the room, the amenities, everything was great. While the listing mentioned a parking garage, there wasn’t one on-site, which was a bit misleading. However, we did find a secure garage about 10 minutes away, so it worked out fine. We experienced a minor electrical issue in the room, but the host resolved it whit-in minutes.The location was perfect in a lively neighborhood that was still quiet at night, ideal for both short and long stays. Plus, public transport was just a 2-minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for hosting us!😊

It was amazing, nothing i didn’t like.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the first moment, I felt completely at home. The staff were excellent – always polite, supportive, and ready to help. I especially appreciated the free Turkish coffee they offered every time we were in the lounge. The location was also perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming.

The only downside is that some of the facilities could use a bit of repair or updating. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is very well located – we reached all major tourist attractions quickly. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned, and we received fresh water every day. Everything was perfect! I will definitely stay here again. The only small issue we encountered (though I wouldn’t call it unpleasant) was that my friend had a Romanian ID card, and the staff were initially unsure how to read the birth date from it. However, they were very kind and the situation was quickly resolved.

Very helpful and accommodating and upgrade us to a super big room with no extra charges . Super helpful Mustaffa not sure he is the manager but he went all out to help us with our laundry and provide us free coffee and tea from the restaurant downstairs .

Walking distance to the port as we were going for a cruise after our stay. Lots of eateries and bars at our door step and behind the hotel is the rows of bars and eateries and very happening .

Excellent location, good breakfast, comfortable room in a small hotel/bar/restaurant in the heart of Karakoy. When my husband and I arrived to the hotel, we asked if we can change the room due to the noise coming from the streets and the bar, and they provided us with a bigger and much better room for the same price. Also, we will never forget that they helped us to catch a taxi to airport in heavy rain and with normal price, as two taxis wanted to make us pay double just because we are tourists. We are immensely grateful for this! The chef's food is great, and the hotel is just few minutes walk from Galataport, Eminonu, even Galata tower. It is not in a hilly area and that is a bonus.

There were few challenges in the communication due to the lack of English, but we understood the hotel has recently started to host visitors and they are still learning on the go. We wish them a lot of success!

Really great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, also very close to Galataport. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help even though they don’t speak English well (Google Translate works great). Breakfast was simple but delicious and tea was provided free of charge at every opportunity.

Because the hotel is in a vibrant and bustling part of town the streets outside at night were a bit noisy (but we were grateful to have such good places to eat and drink close by). Could also hear through the walls into other rooms easily even when neighbours were speaking normally.

The employees were going the extra mile in all possible aspects during my visit since the beginning till I left the hotel. For example, for my arrival I sellected 2-3 pm, but my bus arrived earlier to Istanbul so I just wanted to ask if they can keep my suitcase in meanwhile. The man at the reception served me tea and by the time i was done with my tea my room was ready. I'm slow drinker, but being able to enter the room few hours in advance was appreciated.
