Nice hotel with very great location! A lot of coffee points/ restaurants and etc near this hotel. Metro, ferry, tram- everything just in few minutes. And you also can reach most of tourist places by foot. I was confused on arrival that there is no reception - check-in in bar on the 1st floor. And payment by cash. After I reviewed some guest posts I was afraid about the music from nearby bars and restaurants- but we didn't hear any noise, to be honest (we stayed on weekend). Nothing prevented us from sleeping except a high pillow :) But staff was super friendly and helpful and always advises us best places to go and give us everything we need! I can recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pandan. The facilities were clean and modern. Location was perfect. We were able to do a short 5 minute walk to the habour and transport links and we walked to the grand bazar. The staff were also friendly. I picked this place for the location and didn't regret it, right in the middle of cool and artist cafes, bars and restaurants with mix of local and tourist crowds but away from the hustle and madness of the main tourist location.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The room is quite big, there is enough space. There are clean sheets and towels, shampoos, shower gels and even bottles of water, tea cups, Turkish tea and sugar. The hosts are super hospitable, communicative, ready to help you in any way. The location is great, this part of Istanbul is very safe especially for walking around late at night, the neighborhood is lively, full of open cafes and people walking. Bosphorus is some 5 minutes walk away which is also great, this is where the ferry station is located. The Galata Tower is also located in this neighborhood. Some 7-8 minutes away is the transportation (mini metro) that takes you to Istiklal street, and from there you can go anywhere you want. Definitely recommend, would come back again.

The stuff is really kind and helpful. The area is great, plenty of specialty coffee shops, restaurants, pubs around the corner. Close to all the attractions, and in the same time the area is full of locals. The room was clean, having everything we needed. Other than that, everything was perfect. Really recommend this place to everyone.

A bit of noise from one pub which closes at 2am. But was not such a big issue.

The rooms are clean. The location is in the heart of Karakoy district. The staff is friendly and professional. Even though there are bars and restaurants open late nearby, you won't have too much noise from outside when the windows are closed.

In one of the rooms we booked, the airco works quite noisy especially for the night hours.

Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, the cafe below is extremely nice too!.The staff are all extremely helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel at home!.

The stairs are an issue if you have mobility issues ,but for us it was fine.

The room is tiny but comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. It’s located on a busy street but quiet in the same time. Proper soundproofing. Hospitable stuff helps with suitcases to lift Them By the stairs. The location is nice for tourists -5. Minutes to ferry station And to the tunnel so you can reach any places comfortably

Very well located, 6 minutes away from the pier. The decoration was very well chosen and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had to do self check-in because our flight landed late but the staff gave very clear instructions and were attentive to make sure we arrived well.

The shower pressure was too strong.

I was looking on the internet which city areas are the best for a tourism in Istanbul. Everywhere was written that Beyoglu is the best for reaching mostly everything by feet. So, I was looking for two rooms in popular Beyoglu. Luckily, I decided for Pandan Karakoy! It is a comfortable, chic, trendy and authentic Hotel in the middle of some streets where “life starts” in the evening with a lot of restaurants, street food and bars. All the people were SO nice and helpful! They also organised a shuttle for us from and to the airport. We got our own VW Bus with an own driver and a really comfortable car. Arriving at the hotel we were shown our rooms and there was really nothing missing. It is like 20 square meters, has a big bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and everything you need. And in addition, everything was super clean! In the morning you get Turkish coffee, Americano, Cappuccino and breakfast. It was really a pleasure to stay in the hotel!

The hotel is small but cozy, with a spiral staircase. Great place, small quite street.  An area of cafes and restaurants for all tastes. But at night  in silence. At the end of the street where Pandan is is a bar with a large selection of Turkish wine, I recommend. Everything is close by: tram and bus stops, funicular, ferry terminal, newly landscaped "Galataport" with promenade, noteworthy Ali Pasha hammam, crossing the fish bridge - market. Helpful staff, if you need anything - ask and there will be. Manager Davut - high culture, fluent in English, helps in the most difficult situations. He was able to cope with four Misses travelers full of requests and problems. Only one note, perhaps he could be a bit more demanding to the staff cleaning the rooms.
