There was a very helpful and smiling manager. There were clean and hygienic staff. The cleaner was very meticulous. You are right in the middle of Karakoy. When you leave the hotel, everywhere is restaurants, bars and pubs. It was very enjoyable. If I have a holiday in Istanbul again, I will definitely come. I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect location, smiling staff and a huge luxurious room... I was very pleased. When I come to Istanbul again, I will not bother looking for a hotel. I recommend it. I told them it was my girlfriend's birthday and they sent fruit to our room, very polite behavior

Very cosy and clean Suite with Jacuzi…in the hear of a touristic area just next to it a supermarket where you can buy all what you need…the owner is very helpful and always ready to support with any request…round trip VIP taxi is recommended…huge TV with Netflix is amazing..very spacious and very worm during cold periods…the price is very attractive compared to what you get.

This was a very quiet, beautiful and clean suite, centrally located with a short walk to Istanbul Tram stop and many sights. There are SO many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars etc within a few blocks of these suites which makes it all the more amazing how quiet the room was! The manager was very friendly, met us early (before check in) so we could stash our luggage, and showed us how to get in/out and all of the room features. We felt very safe and comfortable here, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The bedroom could really use bedside lights. Otherwise, this place was amazing!

Talha was a brilliant host - so accomodating! Our room was amazing and he was super quick to handle any queries or issues we had. Always willing to go above and beyond. Out cleaning lady was so joyful and always gave us a warm good morning and cleaned our room as soon as we left to go out.

The location, very friendly, helpful and caring hotel owner. The room size was really big. Jacuzzi tub is a great touch.

It can get very loud specially from the music noise from restaurants, given its location, at evenings. A lot of fish restaurants too, if window is open for fresh air, be prepared for fish smell all day.

Dark colours of rooms, not enough lights but berek the new owner is aware of and in my next visit will see some more changes in property

Everything was great! Talha (our host) was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and helpful in whatever we wanted. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. We got upgraded to the room with a jacuzzi. Amazing location with restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommended.

My 2nd stay at this hotel, the room is massive, clean, great location, the owner is lovely The downside this time I felt was, curtains were very loose, when opening and closing the curtains, half of it came off. It’s the little things that needs paying attention to.

Host Talha was super helpful & responsive, which made our delayed evening flight considerably less stressful. The property itself was as pictured, clean and had everything we needed

A few reviews mention noise, but we hadn't realised that would mean loud music playing until the early hours (2/3am) at least on the weekend, and the windows didn't entirely close so it was hard to block that out. For the first floor at least you are directly above a bar playing that, so ear plugs recommended.
