Excellent location. The room they gave us was extremely spacious and very clean. Room service was on point. Breakfast food was very good. The staff at the morning breakfast hours was very attentive. Staff member Eyüp at the restaurant and I had a very good and refreshing conversation. This gentleman is very smart and cultured about world events, so thank you for the chat. Eyüp: Good luck! On the 2nd morning, the chef also came out and personally greeted and served us and shared personal anecdotes. I was very please with the hospitality here.

Would be nice to have a non-smoking section or to be made aware of possible smokers nearby. But, knowing the local culture it may have seemed out of place so we didn't complain. It was not a matter of allergies so we let it slide. The food which was delicious more than made up for this.

My friend and I very much appreciated the room upgrade, it was spacious with a nice design and just perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating, I will definitely book this hotel next time I visit Istanbul!

It would have been nicer if breakfast time would be till 11 instead of 10:30 so that this way breakfast could be enjoyed a bit longer, as it gets quite noisy at 11 because the staff starts cleaning and leaving windows open etc.

This is a lovely hotel in a very central location for exploring Istanbul, whether by foot or public transport. We loved our deluxe double room. It was spacious and comfortable with little decor features that gave the impression of luxury. The choice of pillows was appreciated, particularly the contoured memory foam pillow. The Nespresso machine in the room was also appreciated. All the staff were wonderful, from the extremely helpful and friendly reception crew to Mustafa and crew in the lovely restaurant with a view on the terrace. Special mention to Eyup for going to the trouble of making me his yoghurt and coffee remedy for my breakfast when I was unwell. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was very firm, a mattress topper would make the bed perfect.

An amazing stay with a wonderful staff who took good care of us during our whole stay. Mehmet and Eyup made us feel like home during every morning at breakfast and went extra mile in doing so. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Our room was big, very clean with a very comfortable bed and well thought amenities. Reception staff was always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to Orhan. The hotel is in a very convenient and vibrant location with so many options to dine out. Keep up the great work!

This hotel is a real gem in a fantastic location, the staff were superb, couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms very comfortable and a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. A special thank you to Ahmed and Ayse at reception - who were particularly helpful to my daughter arriving via ferry, and Enes who kept our rooms spotless. Mustafa and Eyum made breakfast on the rooftop terrace a real treat. We will definitely return.

The location in Karaköy is fantastic, it is in between a lot of various attractions and there are a lot of bars, cafè’s and restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as the Galata port promenade. What makes it a real gem though is the staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Prior to our stay they already helped us figure out what to do and book tour guide, cruise, hammam and restaurants. When we arrived and asked where we could get an Istanbul card they gave us one to use during our stay. Breakfast was a joy on La Terrasse with a beautiful view on the Bosphorus. We were lucky s we had blue sky and sunshine every day. Mustafa and Eyüp were fabulous, they took excellent care of us, introduces us to a variety of typical local dishes for breakfast and were often available for a chat, so we learned a lot about Istanbul, Turkie and life there! The rooms were spacious and with good modern furniture, always cleaned very well. All in all we had a truly a wonderful time there and will stay there again when we return!

The lobby area is rather small and instead of a fitness room on site there is a fitness and Pilates studio around the corner that hotel guests can use (good but better if there is a fitness room inside the hotel for convenience). There was some smell in the bathroom, smelled like from the canalisation pipes but it’s probably not easy to fix in an older building. Despite that, still a great place to stay!

location absolutely amazing for all the major sights of Instanbul. Staff were brilliant - friendly, helpful, generally just great. They gave us an Istanbulkart to get around as we were in a real hurry one morning, (we loaded it up with the cash) and one of the staff even walked us over, inthe rain, to a restaurant which we couldn't find in the maze of back streets. Free upgrade to a whopping suite with a jacuzzi as well - it was the biggest room I've ever stayed in!

There was a bit of noise due to some construction on a new fire escape but unavoidable and didnt ruin the experience at all.

The property was lovely - clean, modern, well taken care of, and just the right amount of luxury feel without being pretentious. Great location near ferries and trams as well as restaurants and bars. Safe, comfortable location with a lot happening nearby. Irfan at reception went the extra mile to help us make restaurant and transportation bookings. Mustafa ran the restaurant with amazing service and speed!

Only problem we had was music blasting from a nearby club until midnight nearly every night. We were on the 5th floor, front of the building and could still hear it with all windows closed. Earplugs helped and it wasn’t the hotels fault but it was frustrating.

The room was spacious and clean! Location is great! Close to the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. Close to T1 line, which brings us to the old city very conveniently. Close to the Galataport Promenade. We particularly enjoyed the few busy streets close to it. There are many street vendors and shops there. We had the best fish wraps there, and my wife really loved the stores there. Hotel staff are very friendly and help and accommodating. I had two packages shipped to the hotel. They held the package for me and waited for me to pick up when I checked in. If you need taxi, definitely book through the hotel. Yellow cab taxi drivers tend to rip off tourists. The only time we were NOT ripped off was through the hotel!

I couldn't name a thing here, seriously!

Breakfast was delicious, thanks to Mustafa everything went perfect, the room was huge, the biggest room I ever had and it felt like I was a king in a palace in the beautiful Jacuzzi room

If I really have to find one thing, which is a small detail, there was some little smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage, for the rest I can’t find a thing
