Location is in the middle of beyouglu and karakoi..close to tram way and piers. Several restaurants and coffee shops around Breakfast on the terrace has no price...beautiful views and nice food Personnel very attentive

A major municipal construction (park + parking subterranean) is in front of building ..no access by car...it will.take some.more years for finishing it...it means after 9 am start the construction noises but ends at 4-5 pm Needs more cleaning

It is my favourite hotel in Istanbul, I stayed in The Wings several times and hopefully will stay during my next visits) Its greate location in a cozy square on the Bosphorus waterfront near Galata Port, a 5 minutes walk from Galata Bridge, combines breathtaking veiw with easy access to the main attractions on the city. I usually started my day with a cup of coffee on a roof terrace, enjoying the panorama of the city and the Bosphorus, and in the evening, coming back to the hotel, stayed for a while near the water to look at the magnificence of the city by night and to feel calm atmosphere of the local life. Inside the hotel you will find the same calm atmosphere, modern interiors and spacious, very cleen and comfortable rooms. Bathrobes and slippers are of high quality, as well as bathroom toiletries. A new bottle of fine water, coffee, tea will wait you every day and are complimentary. Oh, and a plate of Turkish delights will wait you as welcoming gift on arrival. The hotel staff is effective, pleasant, respectful and intelligent. You can expect personal approach and friendly smiles whenever you contact them. And this adds charm to this wonderful hotel!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful restaurant! I especially loved the front desk staff, inparticular a young man named Emir (I hope I got that right). His helpful attitude and service was absolutely stunning!!!!!!!! Thank you Emir!

The view outside my room looked like a demolished building, with the only remains a cement foundation. If you go, pay extra for the waterfront view. It is fantastic!!!

I recently stayed at The Wings Hotel Istanbul and honestly, I loved every minute of it. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The location is perfect—right at the water's edge near the Galata Bridge, so it was easy to explore the city. Even though it’s a 4-star hotel, the service felt like 10 stars. Everything was seamless, the rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was next level. It was one of those stays where everything just clicked, and I can’t wait to go back!

The staff were very helpful, meeting us from the taxi and seeing us to the taxi on our departure. They always wished us well on leaving the hotel and greeted us warmly on our return. The manager was especially welcoming, helping book us a restaurant and a taxi to get there. Rooms were charming and elegant. The all inclusive breakfasts were very good, with more than we could eat. The views from the breakfast room across the Bosporus were incredible . All round a great place to stay and one we’d definitely come back to.

Having such easy access to public transport made my stay stress-free and allowed me to experience more of Istanbul. The staff at The Wings Hotel went above and beyond, offering fantastic local recommendations and ensuring my stay was flawless. Whether you’re in Istanbul for sightseeing or a business trip, this hotel offers the perfect mix of luxury, location, and convenience. Highly recommend!

- The sea view from the top terrace is awesome - The staff are very nice and helpful especially Erfan at the reception - The hotel is very close to the sea and the walk near the sea is fantastic - The room is very clean - They offered us free turkish coffee at the terrace

- The sea view from the room was nice but there is construction in front of the hotel that is somewhat spoiling the view - It gets noisy at night because the area is very busy

The location is very central very accessible to ferries, trains buses etc a 2 min walk. Beautiful terrace with views of the water. The rooms where super clean, very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful and also very big! And they have aircon which is a must! The staff where very helpful with all our needs very polite, very assertive,helped up with our bags to the taxi (2min walk) I would highly recommend to stay here, it was a very nice stay!

i did not expect hotel facility, service , however the hotel service staff was very kind with nice smiles, attention. also like 5 star hotel, there is welcome letter on room. hotel is very uniquie also bird symbol on each room number and welcome desert, most of good thing is wide shower room with marble, outside looking hotel is not good but very good location nearby Korakoy. the inside facility, service is almost 5 star.

The Wings Hotel is in a superb location. It’s quiet, and just a few meters from the Bosphorus and all the facilities of Galataport. The staff are all excellent, helpful and welcoming. The bed in our room was huge and very comfortable.

The city views from our Deluxe room on the second floor were pretty ugly, but the amazing location more than makes up for this. The hotel doesn’t serve alcoholic drinks but there is a nice rooftop terrace and bar area.
