This was a really good value hotel. The rooms were a pretty good standard, better than I expected. The location was perfect - close to the tram, the metro, the funicular, the ferries. Easy walk to Karakoy with lots of choice of bars and restaurants, and a short funicular ride to Galata and even more choice. Came with a safe in the room, tea and coffee, air conditioning. Nice toilet and shower. Lovely, helpful staff.

Garden view was stretching it a bit - it was an alley view! And there were a couple of bits (like one of the bed lights) that were broken. But just niggles really. for the price I was very satisfied

Excellent location, could not be better. Room is quite enough to rest at night, despite the central location. Staff is super helpful.

Room is a bit small but that is a tradeoff with the location. The hotel does not offer breakfast included in the room price but there is a cafe next door which offers low price breakfast.

The breakfast choices were excellent a good variety to choose from. The location was also pleasant and the staff were very helpful. The management and receptionist, her name was Bagar all went out of their way to assist. I would stay at the Opal Hotel again.

the room had no storage area for my luggage and very tight to get around the bed

It was safe and clean. The air conditioning was amazing to come home to 🥵 The location was close to the tram stop that can take you anywhere. Bahar on reception was very kind and helpful.

It wasn’t in walking distance to the big attractions and could be a little noisy at night.

Amazing staff that is available and helpful in any moment needed. The room was clean and always fully stocked. The size of the room is a bit smaller, but there is plenty of space to set two large suitcases and fully unpack yourself. Location of hotel is superb, super close to Galata tower, on Karakoy there is plentful of shops and restaurants that are wonderfull and less pricer than those on Eminou. There is also a tram stop nearby to connect you to farther parts of city. By the way, view from the room is amazing and looks up to Galata

Danar Kareem A super clean, comfortable and value stay. The staff are really helpful and nice also the room service is very good. The proximity of the hotel to all the event areas. Close to the ferry docks. The friendly staff who were willing to help.

The shower was a bit crampy. Closing snd opening the shower door was a challenge, the door will touch your body. No breakfast included.

The staff were really helpful. The bed was comfy. The location was good. Room is very functional

Bathroom is in glass so you can see silhouettes. If you were obese there is a 0% chance you could get in our shower. I feel the price could be better considering other options near.
