The Hotel is Good. Just beside the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. There is a Tram Station nearby. Infact you can walk across the Galata Bridge to the Grand Bazaar. I Booked for an Airport Transfer cause I landed very late at night. I was not able to see the driver at the Airport. I messaged the hotel and the guy in the reception was so nice to guide me all the way till I got into the transport. He made sure we were safe at all time. Such a Professional. The Airport Transfer was so comfortable, it was a VIP transport. In the morning the guys were so nice to send the breakfast to the room as we had to wake up late. The Breakfast was Traditional Turkish Breakfast, so many dishes, including eggs.

All was good except for the Aircon on the 1st & 2nd day. The Room was not getting Cold at all. My wife and myself sweat at night. On the 3rd day the Aircondion was back to normal and the room was cold. The Hotel is located on a very steep slope. So everytime you return back to hotel have to walk up the slope.

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel's location is amazing - the Galata Tower and other sights are within a walking distance. The staff is friendly and is eager to help. In this hotel there is a joint room which is good for a family of 3-4 people. Rooms are separated with two bathrooms. They also serve Turkish breakfast for 10 euro per person, but we preferred going to other places. Towels, soap, and shower stuff is provided, but without a tooth brush and a paste. Maybe it can be requested. Just be informed :)

Wifi was turned off at 12:00 AM on the day of our departure. It would have been better if they turned it off after the check out at least. The street where the hotel is located is super nosy, so if you are a light sleeper, it may cause a discomfort to you.

I got a deal from Booking so I stayed in a good room in this good location for a reasonable price. If I get a somewhat similar deal, I’ll happily stay in this hotel again (in fact I will first check if a deal is available in this hotel, next time when I travel to Istanbul). I liked the room (on the top floor), the view, the relatively quiet street (I saw some other hotels in the district and I got scared imagining that I would stay in one of them traffic-noise-wise). The staff is warm-hearted and helpful. Additional amenities (like a toothbrush) are available upon request. Breakfast is OK for the price (I had two breakfasts in total). The location is nice. The tram is relatively near, the metro isn’t too far. You feel that you are in the middle of things. Wifi worked OK for video calls.

I searched for a “hotel with a spa” when booking. Well, yes, technically there’s a spa adjacent to the hotel but you need to pay separately and it seems to require a “package” (most packages cost €70 or thereabouts). So no spa as far as I am concerned. :) Cleanliness was fine but not great.

We booked one standard twin room and one budget twin room, the budget one is very small, but the guest was very nice and helpful because we asked if we can change this room and he had no problem in helping us with this issue. The rooms are clean, comfy and nice. Also, the guest helped us with a tram card which was a great thing, we used it during our stay and when we checked out we returned it. It really was nicer than we expected.

I had a fantastic stay— the location was perfect with everything conveniently close by. The room was ideal for a solo traveler, and the rates were very reasonable, especially given the vibrant area. The staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful. The gentleman at the reception named Baris, even assisted us in arranging a cab to the airport at a great rate and offered excellent deals for massages. My friend had a massage and was very impressed with the quality. The area felt very safe for a solo female traveler, which I appreciated. A small tip: Google Maps shows a longer route to the bus stop, but there’s actually a shortcut that makes it much quicker. When I return to Istanbul, I’ll definitely be booking this place again!

The only minor area for improvement would be a bit more attention to cleanliness in the bathroom. Even though my friend’s was fine. Maybe had I complained they would’ve changed my room, they were very accommodating.

The stuff was the best part of our stay. The receptionists were very nice, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tuna, he was extremely well mannered and good young man. The location is good, 2-3 minutes walk from Galata. The room was big, had balcony, everything was clean and new. Also we used the Spa (hammam and massage) which is in the hotel, and it was the best thing we could experience after days of walking and shopping. I recommend it 10 out of 10.

The hotel is located on a hill (like all of the hotels in this area), some taxis find it hard to get to the hotel, but the main street is 50 meters away from the hotel.

The AC in my room seemed not working well even though the staff adjusted the temp control to very low. The first couple of nights were not very comfortable since it was hot outside. The following nights were nice and easy.

Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Even though room was not very big, it was well equipped and bed was really comfy! Also, little balcony was a really nice addition to the room. Hotel is just few minutes away from numerous restaurants.

Even though location was great - just few minutes uphill to Galata tower - it was a bit noisy - but this also had some Istanbul charm. Soundproof of the room could be better - our room was located next to elevator so we could hear everything.

The hotel is very clean, new and welcoming with a very kind and helpul staff, always eager to support. The location is also excellent as it is perfect for reaching different places of interest with a walk. Our days in Instanbul were perfect and I therefore highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Myself and a friend wanted somewhere to stay while we explored the tourist spots of Istanbul for a few days. The hotel was great for us, with clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was great. Close to the shops and cafes around Galata Tower but still quiet at night. A few minutes from the ferry terminal and not too far to walk to Sultanahmet or Taksim Square.
