We were pleasantly surprised to be informed that we have been upgraded upon our arrival. The room was very nice and clean, with a good view. Quite spacious for 2 person. The staffs are very friendly (especially Mithin, apologies if I am misspelling the name). The hotel is very well located, central to every places and metro is walking distance. Will definitely recommend.

Since the hotel is centrally located, you should expect car/metro noises at night. Was not difficult for us to sleep but I would imagine some other people might not share the opinion.

It’s very clean, cosy and elegant in a minimalistic way. Staff A++ very friendly specially Ilker and Hakim guys are very professional and genuinely friendly which is rare to find nowadays.

Location it’s too noisy cars and pedestrians walking around very very noisy area you will not sleep well trust me.

We appreciated a lot the very serviceminded staff - Irkel/Erkel (?) in particular!

Room specific regulation of AC would have been great - now it was typically either too hot or too cold.

I had very comfortable, warm and safe stay here! Making the most out of my stay all thanks to the reception team, all of them, they were absolutely welcoming and helpful in every way 😊 As a boutique hotel, it has almost exactly what it needs, with a little bit of additions to the rooms it can be perfect (like kettle, tea & coffee station Bec everything close at 10pm and sometimes you might need a hot cup of something before sleep, maybe an additional coach as well) I didn't get the chance to try their roof top because of snow, but I'll surely do if I ever came back to Istanbul because it's worth it! Great thanks to the hotel team and as well the Opaque restaurant team❤️

Stayed at Khai for 4 nights and it was great! New hotel at a central location. The rooms were spotless and had a minimalist eclectic design. Thank you Ikler, Mateen, Azeez and another staff who worked the night shift (sorry didn’t get your name) for being so attentive to our needs. I used to frequent Istanbul a lot and have stayed in over 10 hotels here and in my experience, the value Khai provides far exceeds what you’ll pay for in other hotels in Karaköy/Istanbul. 🤗 There’s also jazz/live music performances on certain nights. Wish I had the chance to catch them! + Plus points for the 24 hour Doner/juice shop right downstairs for when you’re feeling peckish. 😁

Starting from the checking the receptionist gave us a lot of recommendation aslo the receptionist Aziz was really helpful The bed in the room was really comfortable like you are at home with the pillows as well they are so soft at midnight I asked for an extra pillow and in just a few minutes I received another pillow The cleaning staff are really organised The room was clean the room is renovated everything is new the decor of the room was minimalist About the AC it was super strong and good For the location it’s in the center place and the hotel has a really good rooftop where you can see all Istanbul in front of the river You have a hair salon in front of the hotel and behind hotel there is a really good hamam for massage as well and it’s three minutes away from Gallata tower

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers great value for money, has a modern and stylish design, provides excellent service, and has a convenient location. The comfort of the rooms and the help of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. My mother had a birthday and her room was upgraded, also staff was very kind a prepare an amazing and tasty cake as a surprise for her! She was very happy! The location was very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is in the European part of the city, which means it's easily accessible to many attractions and transportation options. There is a tram stop nearby, allowing for quick and easy travel throughout the city.

New and well-repaired hotel. Rooms are fresh and everything shows that there was someone with a good design idea. The hotel is fantastically located, yet... the square where it stands is noisy, and no window could cancel the noise. However, after the first night in a room that was facing some construction work and noise was a problem, we were kindly offered a room that was facing the Bosporus, it was way less noisy and the view was magnificent. We had an amazing New Year's Eve, looking at the fireworks from our window. The staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman a little older and more experienced than the guy who greeted us on the first evening. Rooms were clean, bedding was flawless, and pillows and mattresses were comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant has been closed, but I believe if it were open, the view would be breathtaking.

Obviously, noise in our first room and the fact that the young guy who greeted us, said "it was foolish of you to book last minute", when I asked him to repeat if he really said it was foolish... he played it like he'd never said it. But whatever, even if it was, the phrasing is not the nicest. But please don't think that the rest of the staff were very not polite, just the opposite. They were all very nice, helpful and kind.

Beautiful room - well decorated, clean, and modern. The toiletries are excellent. I loved the slippers and eye masks provided. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely shower. Location is great - easy access to transportation and attractions.

The room has no coffee machine or even water boiler. Comparable hotel rooms - even some less nice hotels - have these facilities. As I had a very early flight, it was particularly challenging - no way to get coffee in the hotel. Even staying as a tourist - breakfast doesn't open until 7am and there is no coffee beforehand. I would not stay here again for this simple reason - I hope that management makes a change, as I would love to become a frequent visitor here!

Very well located and efficient - room was spacious, clean and well insulated acoustically, comfortable bed, I slept really well. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Overall a perfect stay for those looking for a good quality accommodation without many frills and whistles but which has everything you need for comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. It will be my preferred option when returning to beautiful Istanbul.
