We stayed as couple in this hotel. Very welcoming staff and overall a very good hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor you can take the stairs or elevator. No weird smells upon entering the room. Bathroom/shower/sink/toilet were all very clean, also here no weird smells. Bedsheets were nice and white, no stains found. Wifi is very good, I had no issues connecting to the wifi. Airco system is also very good, the room was nice and cool everytime we came back. Hotel location is perfect, only 3 minutes walk to nearest public transport. We were very positively surprised by this hotel, everything exceeded our expectations by miles. We would 100% book this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Perfect location, near to all transportation options. Highly recommended for families with kids as this not on any steep street, its easy to get taxi's around and tram stops are very nearby as well.

Initially it was quite hard for our driver to find the exact location of the hotel/entrance as the entrance is on a street where car cannot go (less than 100 meters from road. We kept driving in rounds. Not sure if that's the case with other guests trying to find this place.

The location was perfect in the centre of Karakoy minutes away from tram station, ferry port and the Galata area. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. The room had a safe, fridge, hair dryer and provided essential toiletries and fresh towels daily. The bed was comfortable and had a great night sleep.

The hotel is dated and could do with modernising. The bathroom space was tight.

Two years ago there was perfect breakfast. Now, because of Covid-19 the cafe didn't work. The wifi connection was not very good.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Karakoy, easy to get to Galataport, to Eminonu & Sultanahmet, Tunel funicular, take the ferry to Kadikoy. Breakfast is excellent, my menemen was delicious! The best thing is that the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are like a family and make you feel part of the family. Yasar at the front desk is very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English. Ask Tulin to "read" your Turkish coffee grounds. Muammet is so helpful. A lovely place to stay.

The location is excellent, very convenient to all areas. Breakfast is excellent, I particularly liked the menemen. The staff is lovely, feels very much like a family. They are helpful in every way.

Wifi seemed a little slow, fluctuated a bit.

Minor inconvenience - the water drainage is slow in the bathtub and a bit unpleasant when taking a shower. But honestly everything else is si nice that it didn’t really matter.

great location very close to tram and Galata tower. we were upgraded upon arrival which was nice touch. staff were very helpful and attentive

building noises til almost 11pm were loins and unwelcome especially as some of our group were travelling the next day. staff did their best to intervene
