The property is literally close to all the main attractions and is walking distance to Galata port and the Galata tower you also have the Halic Metro station which is a 5 minutes walk from the property that can take you all around Istanbul especially Taksim square a lot of restaurants and shops surrounded by the property so basically all your needs are just around the corner. The WiFi is also excellent in the apartment. Gokce who welcomed us to the property was very kind and answered all our questions and made us feel right at home.

To be honest everything was perfect and there is nothing not to like about the property.

The Hoste Miss Elif was verf helpful to arrange the thinks wich she could do it as she change our room because we had allot of noice from outside and from bathroom door.the apart its near the tramway that u can go all touristic places easy,they have tryed to do something good but without good finitions unfortunatly

that we have been waited around 2 hours befor she come to gives the keys and was little confused as she contact as onlly with e-mail after while we find out and rooms are not having noice insolations from morning all people are talking(screaming) in front of the door u feel that they are in the rooms,and the in the bathroom water was collecting in the shower each time like lake after while its go down.when u walking in the room u feel to much noice from the floor its realy risturbing,

Loved the location, less than 5 minutes from tram T1 that goes to Topkapi and the mosques, or to Kabatas pier for a Bosphorus tour. Less than 10 minutes from the funicular to Galata Tower and from Karaköy pier with ferries to Kadiköy. You also have a few quieter places for coffee around, as well as restaurant Gümrük which plays jazz music. I also loved how the studio was organised and decorated. Contact with Elif was very effective. Cleaning ladies were nice.

Nothing. I read about the prayer call, and it is really loud, but with the windows closed I slept through it. If I didn’t travel alone, I would choose a bigger room than the studio, and if I had stayed more than a few days the same in order to have a washing machine and a workdesk, but for me this was perfect.

The apartment was perfect for us, in a fantastic location central to all of the wonderful things Istanbul has to offer. Only two minutes walk to Galeta Bridge which leads across to the historical part of the city - a city which is best discovered on foot, with ferry rides to reach further afield - Karakoy ferry terminal is also only two minutes walk away, with more ferries destinations available over the Galeta Bridge. Also very close to the funicular tram which leads up past Galeta Tower to the main shopping / nightlife area around Istiklal Street - useful to save the legs from an evening hike up the steep hill after a full days walking! Apartment was on an upper floor served by a lift and was ideal for us. Comfortably furnished and with sufficient kitchen equipment - although we only had breakfast in the apartment. Take earplugs if a light sleeper as some external noise including the atmospheric call to prayer in the early hours. Apartment and building were very clean - with room service available on request, including complementary water. Staff were very helpful and friendly - Elif met us and was always available if we had needed her help. The apartment is in an upgraded historical building and is very accurately shown in the photos. Karakoy is an up and coming area and there are a few buildings being renovated, in my opinion it is the perfect location given how central it is, with everywhere reachable by foot or ferry and foot.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The property is beautiful, located in the historical building. Fully renovated and well equipped. Check in is easy. Bath, bed and lining ist the top quality. The location is Top in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

The cleaning lady messed out all our belongings. But this is not a a big deal as it can be discussed before. All the other things are at the high recommendation!

The location is really great, just by the Galata bridge. Both Taksim, Grand Bazar, Topkapi and the major attractions are within walking distance. Within 800m there's also a recently renovated great hamam from 1580.. (Kilic Ali Pasa Hamami) We didn't explore public transport, but it would bring you anywhere as well. Galata port nearby has a great selection of restaurants and there are many other breakfast possibilities nearby. The room is very pleasant, and the apartment has everything one needs (including a comfortable bed!) The host is very responsive and is there to help with any requests. We'd come again!

We liked the fact that there is a little mosque nearby, but if you do mind to be woken up early by morning prayers, you may want to be aware of it. It also means that the little supermarket nearby Urban Quarters doesn't sell alcohol (unless my husband overlooked it;-))

Clean, tidy and trendy decor with comfy beds in a great location just outside the tourist area. A pleasant walk over the bridge every morning was lovely. Located next to Galata Port with lots of restaurants and high end shops. A short walk to Galatia tower and nightlife but located in a secluded road next to a wonderful bar / restaurant that does excellent breakfasts, food and cocktails for a very reasonable price with jazz music playing in the background!!

The accommodation is located next to a mosque with a call to prayer every morning around 5am so if you don't want to be woken up keep your windows closed.!! I found it quite pleasant but some might not..

Great space, clean, fab location (really good, everything is close by), comfy bed, washing machine was an unexpected but, fantastic surprise. Everything you could want and need for a city break.

There were no hooks to hang anything or side tables to put your cases on. This sort of tiny detail would have been so nice as the place was messy because we had to use the surfaces all the time. Randomly, the toilet is really high, I’m not very tall - I had to as good as jump to get on it. It was quite funny. Worth noting - all these things are small. It’s a really lovely set of apartments

The room was very nice and clean, check-in was simple and accommodating, and responses were very quick and helpful to our questions.

There was construction next door that started early and ended late in the day, though I understand that is out of the hotels control.

Super location: Close to Galata Bridge, which makes it really easy to get to Sultanhamet. A short walk up to Galata Tower as well. And close to lots of bars and restaurants. Great communication with the staff/owners that run the accommodation. Really friendly and helpful. Made the check in process really easy and straightforward. The studio itself was lovely. Spacious and clean. Comfy beds. The fridge and small kitchen were handy for if you wanted to make tea/coffee in the mornings. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks for having us 😃😃
