The hotel location is amazing if you want to stay next of the sea and see the sunrise . The staff Karam and Umit were very welcoming and helpful. Both are extremely friendly.

The hotel is located nearby the port however there is no taxi access to the hotel so you will need to drag your luggage by your self or ask hotel staff to help you. There is no elevator in the hotel so if you have knees / bones issues it’s not recommended . Plus the size of the room , it’s very tiny and small . Barely accommodate your move inside the room.

A cozy hotel with the enchanting view of Bosporus Strait and very helpful, nice staff who can speak fluent English and Russian. The room is clean as well as the corridor. It takes no more than 2 minutes to get to the bund. An ideal getaway from gloomy Moscow lol) Already began to miss Istanbul:') and its cats.

The occasional noisy guests going up and down stairs talking loudly.

So centrally located in Karakoy on the pier. Lots of restaurants and across from the ferry pier.Easy walk to the Golden Horn and all tourist attractions. We had a sea facing room. Beautiful view of the Golden Horn. Large room and good size bathroom, small entrance lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to store our luggage there after check out. Even organised us a Istanbul Cart for public transport. Restaurants are noisy, but that didn’t bother us. Noises of a lively city. Very near to public transport.

Shower head needs replacing, but it was not a problem. The room has such a magnificent view, please keep the windows clean. On our arrival, there were rubbish in the passage on the 1st floor that stayed there for quite some time. Looks like they were busy with maintenance. Guests should however not have to step over boxes and old door parts Taxis can’t drop you off in front of the door, so be prepared to drag your luggage for some distance. Also not a major problem.

Location is the best thing about this hotel and the close proximity to the transport links. it is right next to tram and boat links. Mustafa at reception was very helpful.

There is no lift in the hotel. some staff members on duty at reception do not speak English. One of the staff members (not Mustafa - other guy at reception) walked into our room and then was surprised that we were in the room. he apologised saying he thought this was the room checking out. I don’t buy that because there are not more than 5 or 6 rooms in total he should have known exactly who was checking out. plus he saw us going out at reception but for some reason we came back to the room for something and he didn’t see us coming back in. why did he need to examine our room other than house keeping which was done already?

The place is located in a super location, it is very close to the bridge Galata which is where are all of the Mosques, and the Spice and Grand Bazar and also very close to the Tram station and only about 300mts from very nice Rooftops and places like Karakoy.. The staff was beyond exceptional, Ramon was TOP TIER, he helped us with everything we needed and solved all of our questions since we were first timers in Istanbul!! There was another guy also super helpful in the mornings with curly hair. also, he was exceptional. We booked a room with no view and that was OK. but I definitely recommend the rooms with a view to the Bosphorus. We also booked with them the shuttle from the airport. it was a Limo and we were treated like celebrities lol.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room is clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby including traditional turkish cafes and restaurants that offer alcoholic drinks. There in no breakfast option in the hotel, but there are good places to have breakfast just next door. I recommend cafe Mado with good turkish food.

There is no elevator, so you need to climb the stairs. A little bit noisy (from outside) in the early morning. The room is a little bit smaller than it looks at the photo. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, and it has a small signboard, so it is not easy to find it.

Location is Excellent especially who wants to travel via Metro or Ferry boat (~3 mins walk). All kinds of food places are available just less the 1 mins walk. Rooms are neat, clean and silent during night hours. Staff can speak, understand English and helpful. WiFi was working fine.

Sea view room was not available for me, so window view was not good. No Lift available so its difficult to climb steps after 2nd floor. Rooms are bit small and no space to walk around beds I guess they can remove the unwanted tables to make some more space.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again
