The place is good, everything is needed by a couple was provided by owner. The apartments are located in a very good place, very close to the Galata Tower but on the quite line, no any late and early sounds bothered us. Metro is also close, it is possible to reach the IST airport in hour and half or two. Just note that you need to start on M2 line Sishane station then need to switch to M7 line on Sisli Mecidiyekoy station and then go to Kagithane station and do the 5 - 7 minutes walk to M11 line (ask metro guards for guidance). The Istanbul is gorgeous and worth to visit it. The property No 8 Galata will allow you to get best from the city even you are planning to stay just for a couple of days

The apartment is in an incredible location. The street is quiet but not far from public transit and major sites (Galata Tower is just up the street). When we arrived 30 minutes early for check in our host noticed us from the pharmacy on the ground level of the building and happily let us in early. We would see him everyday in the neighborhood and stop for a quick chat. In the evenings, we loved grabbing a beer from the corner market (2 min walk from the front door) and sitting on the rooftop deck to watch the sunset- you can see the Hagia Sophia!

We had rented 2 nice apartments in the Center of Istanbul, Beyoglu, 3 minutes walk from Galata tower. The apartments were nice and well equipped, even if we did not use kitchen, dish washer or washing machine. Nice views from the upper apartments. The location is great, could not have been better! The host was helpful, friendly, and fast in his replies. Easy checkin by keycode.

Bathrooms and beds were a bit small, but well usable. Not all windows close 100%, so there might be some noise in the evenings.

No elevator, so it could be a problem for unhealthy persons. But we likeit stairs

I absolutely loved the location, couldn’t get any better. Right above the famous steps, and just a pretty building. We did often find girls taking photos indent of the entry door. The host and owner was nice, he met us and walked us around. The room had aircon was good.

Not so much didn’t like but for certain people need to be wary of the very high step for the stairs. I would suggest if you struggle with knees or something like that may need to get a lower floor. For myself and my family it was great exercise so wasn’t a problem. Also there was no drying rack for our clothes although there was a washer which was great.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, featuring bright and cozy rooms. Despite the busy surroundings, it offers a peaceful atmosphere. It’s situated right next to the famous Kamondo Stairs in Istanbul and just a 5-minute walk from the Galata Tower. Karaköy Port is also within easy reach—a 10-minute walk away—where you can catch a ferry to the Asian side. The host was friendly and attentive.

Very comfortable room, well appointed, clean and quiet location, great for a longer stay or mid holiday with a kitchen and washing machine! a lovely balcony to have home prepared breakfast even though there are incredible cafes near by and at the door step!

The location is great. It was also very nice to have direct access to a large veranda with great views. The kitchen was completely stocked. It was easy to contact our host in WhatsApp. The apartment was also very quiet.

Not much closet space for three people (my 2 grown up daughters and myself. The shower and the bathroom in general.was pretty tight. We didn't mind the steep stairs, but if you have bad knees, this isn't for you

Beyoğlu or Galata is a great district to stay in, the main centre is easily accessible over the Galata bridge leaving you more peaceful less frantic atmosphere to stay in and then a manageable walk or short tram ride to the main attractions. In the evening there is a lovely atmosphere around the Galata tower with lots of cafes and and restaurants. The view we had from the terrace was spectacular. The staff are super accommodating, friendly and helpful. The apartment block was really clean and well maintained. The district has an amazing history.
