Good location, big room and friendly staff

The air conditioner was to strong and is directed towards the bed. Also there was a poor breakfast with limited sitting space, this led to crowded room

Location is great, it is very close to new embankment with a lot of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walking (UP) to Taksim, also being located on quite calm street and on fully flat neighborhood. Room is clean and quite comfortable. Staff is very helpful and everyone has fluent English.

A couple strange problems with the bathroom 1. noise - every toilet flush of neighbors is heard very loud even with the bathroom closed 2. all is great but seems the door/lock was either broken or 10+ years older than everything else in the room

House keeping service need to be improved

We had a small issue during check-in due to a "problem" the hotel mentioned, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a modern design and perfectly functioning facilities. The staff was always polite and welcoming, making us feel at home. I want to give special thanks to Adeliya, who truly went above and beyond. She showed great empathy throughout our stay, constantly checking in to see how we were doing, suggesting amazing places to visit, and explaining how to get around. She also helped us book a fantastic tour to the Princes' Islands. By the end of our vacation, Adeliya felt more like a friend than just hotel staff.

The breakfast was good, but 40-30 min before closure, don't expect to find all the options available. Location was good, near a district with a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars, still on a rather quiet street. The staff was helpful. Reasonable price overall from what I have searched before.

First of all, the walls are very thin, and our room's door had a sort of hole in the upper part, which made us hear every movement on the hallways. The hotel itself could use some renovations, which you cannot tell from the reception area, which looks quite modern. The rooms are quite small, the sheets are not the best quality (you feel they have been used and washed a lot of times)

Staff very kind and sympathetic. Comfortable bed. Very close to a street of restaurants and stores. To a walk of point of meeting and tourist attractions.

My room do not have a window and I saw some that have but was for the wall of other building.

We liked the friendly and very supportive staff, especially Rodriguez who helped us with issues with our Istanbulkart! The calm atmosphere in general on all floors. There is a beautiful cafe area downstairs near the reception. The rooms were well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The locations is very convenient and really close to the tram station and the ferries as well as Istiklal street and galata Tower.

We chose a triple room with separate beds but after the purchase we got informed that this room might not be available. This was true so we got a room with a double and a single bed. Plus the view from the room wasn't pleasant since we were really close to an abandoned building.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from many of the city’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Some of the attractions are Galata Tower, Galataport and karakoy streets l, istiqlal street and many others. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Istanbul!

Good location, good breakfast

Very noisy personal, start to clean rooms from 7 morning< talking, laughting, use their mobiles to see video. As a fact very noisy. Staff at receprion very different. Some very polite and warm to guest, another very strong and ask for money for each operation. I noted in my booking for non smpking rooms, one was non smoking, another was very smoked. It takes 2 day to change the room. Very old pillowcase with holes. Dirty walls in room, very bad small in bathroom.

We booked at 1.30am as our original hotel was horrendous. What a beautiful contrast the Weingart was!! As soon as you see the exterior, you just know it is a quality hotel. It's boutique and has a higher end, exquisite feel to it. The staff are friendly, polite and super helpful. The breakfast is impressive with a wide selection including toast, eggs, halal sausages, pastries, cakes, salad, fruit etc. The rooms are well decorated and a good size, with comfy beds and two plump pillows per person. The shower room comes with a selection of soaps, shampoo, body lotion and even slippers! Being just a few steps away from the vibrant streets filled with restaurants and bars yet far enough away to have a quiet and peaceful rest, this hotel is in an excellent location! Everything is walkable and flat, quite a contrast to the very hilly parts of central Istanbul (where the tram runs) and yet only a walk away. The bosphorus is also only a short walk away and taxis are easy to find. We would definitely come back!
