great location and price. Angel was very helpful

Had to wait for check in and there was no 24 hour receptionist but overall, but it was once we had the key to the room.

The hosts were really nice and the room was clean as well! If you have huge suitcases just be aware that u will be lugging them just abit,but it will be worth jt since the location is 10/10. Its very close to karakoy, a train station and a bus station. I will easily book again with them!

Very good location, 5 min to Galata Tower. You can drink coffee every morning with the view of Galata T. A bit hard to locate the hotel especially if you are coming in with your own car. - be prepared. It's clean, private parting on 2 min walking distance form the hotel (at least mine was)

Personal should know English much better. It was really hard to communicate except if you are not talking to with the owner.

The location of the apartment was excellent (about 5 minutes from Galata Tower). Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also very close to Sultanahmet (we crossed the bridge by walking to get to the Topkapi Palace so it is doable) but the apartment is in a quieter part of Istanbul and also a quieter part of the area itself. You get to be close to the tourist spots without being in the middle of the street noise and crowds. Will definitely keep this apartment in mind next time I visit Istanbul.

It would have been nice to have some plates, cutlery, bottle opener, etc. in the room as it did have a small kitchen counter. However, that wasn't a big deal, just a suggestion.

Great apart-hotel style accommodation. Amazing location in one of the most live zones of Istanbul. Staff is warm and serviceable. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. The zone is great, with many places to have breakfast or lunch just a block away. And walking distance from Galata Tower and all the surrounding area.

The hotel can be a little bit difficult to find the very first time you arrive, but nothing too terrible. Staff is great but they have weird hours so they may not be there when you need them. Not a terrible issue, but something to keep in mind.

The hotel is in central area, only 5 mins walk to Galata Tower. Also it's easy to get to T1 station within 5 mins walk. 10 mins walk to another business area and M2. Reception guys were really nice, they gave me an umbrella when it was raining and we didn't even ask :)

The decoration is a bit factory style where there're brakes exposed on the wall. It's actually fine, but there's dust falling from the brakes, which is not good. Also there's dust on the ground which I assumed was from the opening window.

Everything was good. People on reception are friendly and helped us with taxi. Hotel is close to the historical district near Galata tower, so you can see a real Istanbul

Wifi connection could be a little bit faster

Great location, but terrible environment: construction and abandoned buildings side by side. The room consists of two rooms. They are big, but very dark. Furniture is airy and stylish, but no longer new. Very comfortable bed and shower. There's a kitchenette, but there's only one rush out of the dishes, one glass and two cups and a teapot .... It could be at least one spoonful. However, all inconveniences are overshadowed by a comfortable place and a rather quiet environment.

Dark room and little dishes

Very nice, comfortable and cozy apartment with air-conditioning and fridge. The bed is good and wooden floor is pleasant to walk on without shoes. The room was cleaned everyday. We're aknowledged about late check-in (after 2am) and receptionist Maruh waited specially for us. Location is good also, main tram line is on the next street, Istiklal and main cultural points in walking distance. Also there are very good cafes just nearby the Hotel. Definitely recommend!
