For this price, I didn't expect much. The best thing about this place is, of course, the location. It's quite close to the Galata Tower, but far enough away to avoid the huge tourist crowds right outside the hotel. Despite being close to the tourist center, it's fairly quiet and safe here. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; all issues were resolved quickly. And the bed is just a gift from heaven :D

The deluxe room is hard to call deluxe. It's a standard room, with the living room converted into a bedroom. There are no doors between them, and there's only one bathroom in the room. The sink is very small, and the lack of shelves doesn't add convenience. Unfortunately, there were also issues with hot water. The door to the corridor has a huge gap at the bottom, so we had to put a towel to minimize noise from other guests and to prevent light from the corridor disturbing our sleep. But overall, this didn't significantly affect our impression of the stay.

Firstly, I would like to highlight Host Alihan, who is very responsive, always available, and resolves any issues very quickly and efficiently. I would also like to mention the reception staff; they are very accommodating. We arrived very early, and while our room was being prepared, they offered us tea and cold water. The hotel is very well located, with a public transport stop just 2 minutes away and two boat piers within 5-10 minutes. The hotel is cozy, and there is always hot water available. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided. I want to note that this is not a 5-star hotel but more of a boutique or aparthotel, so do not compare it to a 5-star experience. We were satisfied with our stay. Housekeeping was offered almost every day. If I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The structure, in addition to being a perfect location for both day and night visits to Istanbul, has the rare quality of the staff. Always very helpful and kind. Recommended for families with children as a few meters away there is a park equipped with slides, swings and much more. At the same time the area is very safe and full of places where you can have breakfast or an aperitif.

Nothing. If I really have to think of something, some small lack of maintenance. But nothing that could affect the pleasantness of the accommodation.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need to feel relaxed and at ease. What really made the experience unforgettable was the owner — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is amazing, close to the public transport stop and some wonderful tourist’s attractions. But the hotel is on a side from all the crowd and noise.

The manager sends me a message on my private wapp number 12 hours before arrival, asking what time am I going to be in the hotel. And it was sent at 3 am! As well it was written that the check in starts at 2pm, we arrived around 3pm and our room wasn’t ready in the next 1,5 hours. And in next 2 days the dirty towel from previous guests were left behind the toilet… More over the same manager sent me a few messages after we left the hotel asking to leave 10stars review on booking. While him was aware of my opinion about all this private messaging thing. All this situation made me really uncomfortable and nervous. Because I’m proving my personal data to the Booking, for an emergency reason, not for receiving requests from the hotel workers.

The ideal hotel for a trip to Istanbul of any duration. The most convenient location, exactly three minutes to Galata Port, near grocery stores, pharmacy, a minute from the hotel tram to SultanAhmet. Comfortable room, large bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, separate hair dryer, towels are changed every day. The bath is excellent, bright, there are all shampoos and other products, there are sockets next to the mirror, which is especially convenient. Separately, I would like to note the pleasant smell throughout the hotel, including in the room. Very attentive and courteous staff! We carried the suitcases to the room, also helped to lower them, immediately solved the problem that we had, even then we ourselves were interested in whether everything was fine and whether help was needed, patiently explained how to get somewhere, and so on.

About the cons: poor sound insulation, the neighbors could be heard.

The location was absolutely perfect - a real hot spot. The price is more than great and the staff is very accommodating and nice. Room was spacious and it was not loud at all, despite a noisy street close by. It was clean and room service was offered everyday. They helped us getting a taxi for going to the airport and even negotiated the price with the driver (because we got scammed when we arrived in Istanbul first) Really happy with everything.

Outside of the rooms looks a bit old, some decoration would be nice, etc. and trashcans in the room (not only in the bathroom) would be great!

Super convenient location. The close walking distance makes visiting karakoy area for Hamam, Resturants, seaside walks a breeze. Just a couple minutes away from the tram as well. Was able to fit a family of 3 adults all comfortably in a single room with plenty of space. Would definitely come back. Wifi worked great too. Host was able to let us in a bit early as well which helped get a jumpstart on the day's activities.

An in room clothes iron would be amazing to have in the future if possible.
