I really appreciated the service I received from everyone that worked there. The cleaners came everyday and cleaned the place to perfection. The first room I booked didnt have a King size bed which I thought I booked so they upgraded us to the family suite which was so kind of them. The bed in that room was still hard but not as bad as the first room. Caner is amazing, I forgot my mala beads and he shipped them to me in Canada - THANK YOU CANER!!!

The beds are very hard, it was really uncomfortable to sleep on for 5 nights. I highly suggest upgrading the beds

This accommodation catered to our needs - we had a kitchen and could make our own food and therefore didn't opt for the breakfast. The location is great, right next to lovely restaurants and local food places. Walking distance to Galata Tower, Istikal street and Taksim square. Be prepared to walk if you in this area - steep ups and downs. Wifi was great and they have 24/7 reception. Area is safe and you can walk around until early hours of the morning. Daily House-keeping. The room was spacious and clean. There is a small lift available. Love the cute resident cat :)

Shower leaks all over the floor - they need to add rubber flaps by the doors. it's not a dealbreaker though.

Our family, consisting of two adults and two children, stayed here from June 18 to June 21, 2024. We are pleased with our choice of this aparthotel. It is modern, well-furnished, and clean, offering all the amenities needed by a family for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was also swift. Conveniently located within walking distance from the Galata Tower, Karakoy and the Istiklal street. Parking and supermarkets are a mere minute away on foot. A variety of restaurants are also close by, eliminating the need for long walks to purchase groceries or enjoy meals and drinks. An elevator, though small, is very helpful. Mr. Mehmat, the manager, and Caner, at the front desk are very helpful in providing suggestions for excursions and booking boat tours, yachts and taxis. In summary, I would recommend this aparthotel to any traveller seeking a comfortable stay with all the modern conveniences.

The location is perfect, on a green quiet street but very close to Galata Tower and some great local food just around the corner. Also very close to a tram station and access to the old town is perfect. It was comfortable and clean. On the pictures the room looked slightly bigger but it’s not a problem. The little balcony was a great bonus!

The only thing was the shower leaking slightly outside the cabin so we had to be careful when using it but it was manageable.

Exceptional place, location is amazing, walking distance to A LOT of must sees in Istanbul and to bus/tram stations and ports. The staff was incredible, the room was everything we needed and more, it was clean and getting cleaned and restocked regularly. The little terrace was a nice place to relax after a day of running around sightseeing :) The cafe downstairs had a really nice breakfast, a lot of restaurants nearby, pharmacy, a book cafe and convenience store all in walking distance of 2-3 minutes. Galata is just 6 minutes away on foot but as busy and lively as that street is, walking down to the hotel it all dies down and there is a nice privacy feeling to the neighbourhood. If you are wondering where to go in Istanbul, this is the place to be - we cannot thank the staff enough for the hospitality, we will definitely be back!

Nothing, all was perfect!

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, however the room has a kitchen which was very handy to make coffee, light breakfast and snacks during our stay. the bedroom and views from this room were excellent, including the small balcony

I think the bathroom needs some improvement. It's a long narrow room which makes it awkward to use. the shower door doesn't close properly so water leaks out throughout the bathroom. the drain was blocked so we had to limit the water flow to stop the shower from flooding

The breakfast was amazing. In fact, one of the best 'in the your room' continental breakfasts you could get. The staff were amazing, especially the manager. On NYE, the manager brought in delicious canapes and champagne in the lounge downstairs. The hotel was quirky and delightful right in the heart of things but quiet.

Some new pillows which is fluffier would be good. The pillows were a little old

The location was excellent! We were walking distance to Kumbaraci which had some great shops and restaurants. We were also downhill from Istiklal which is an awesome street with everything, and only a 10 stroll to the Galata Tower. There was a metro station just a few minutes away which made it so easy to get around. Excellent location to explore by foot.

The building is beautiful and clean and the staff were great. We had two bedrooms, one was great but the other barely fit a king bed which meant we had to shuffle next to the wall to reach the other side. It wasn’t horrible but there really wasn’t a ton of space in that room. Also the one bathroom was tiny and we couldn’t keep the shower from spilling water all over. But, those were minor issues and our stay was wonderful.

The location is super, very close to many stores and restaurants and tourist attractions. The tram stop is in few minutes walking distance, so it's easy to explore different areas of that beautiful city. But most famous sites are even in walking distance if you don't mind longer walks. Breakfast was good and room was nice.

The room was bit cold, since the weather outside was not summerly, so we wished the heating had worked better but it wasn't possible. We had booked room with balcony but didn't get it, if we pointed out about that the reception staff said hotel was full. Considering that the weather was cold, we didn't complain furter but if it had been different we had been rather disappointed. There was mentioned in booking.com that there is minibar in the room but that actually was an empty fridge. Since we arrived very late at night we had hoped to have something to drink, so that was not great finding that minibar actually was empty. Safe is available but really small, so it's not possible to fit laptop there.

Great location. It's a 5 min walk uphill towards Galata, and about 15 to the nearest ferry. Very quiet, with lots of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Spacious room with a little kitchenette.

Even though we stayed on the second floor (European 1st), I had to take the elevator every time because the staircase was too steep. I've seen worst staircases only in Amsterdam. The light in the kitchen area didn't work, we've tried to explain it to the hotel staff for two days in a row, but sadly nothing changed. Not a big deal, I guess, but still.
