Excellent location and perfect for families! I stayed here with my family and we truly enjoyed our time. The location is amazing – just a 5-minute walk to Galataport and very close to Karaköy, Galata Tower, and Istiklal Street. You can reach all these spots within 7 minutes on foot. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. The street itself is charming, full of restaurants and shopping spots. All in all, the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

There was some noise from another building as I believe but this is not a big deal for the stay, because it was just in the morning and for one day.

We are two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Near the property there is a top all day restaurant with fantastic breakfast.

Maybe the cleaning will be better. But I realize that if you ask for it they will do it.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The location was perfect. The room was very clean. The small balcony at the penthouse we stayed was ideal for an afternoon tea with a partial view of Bosporus. We always had hot water in the shower. The neighbourhood was very nice and pretty quiet. The hotel is very close to Galata tower, the galata bridge and has 2 tram stations pretty close. The Istiklal street is about 5-7 minutes walk incline

It’s not that I didn’t like it but, The ceiling in the bathroom is a bit low because of the rooftop, but it wasn’t a problem.

Location was great! Communication form the staff was amazing and very efficient. We went for 4 bedroom apartment and we were pleasantly surprised to have 4 en suite bathrooms too. the size of the rooms was good too and it was quiet.

The bathroom is more of a wet room as water just splashes everywhere when you shower (no glass screen, curtain or anything to contain water), and takes a while to drain away, so makes for a bit for a messy experience, also you need to be strategic where you keep your stuff not to get that soaked. In the 4 rooms only 2 out of 4 TV remotes worked but were not configured to correct TVs, not a big deal as we mostly spent time out, but there was TV in each room and you could only use half of them. The kitchenettes could use more cutlery and crockery :)

Very clean place, we booked a 4 bedroom apartment and were surprised there were also 4 bathrooms. The location is phenomenal, near Galata Tower, Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. There was a pharmacy right there, lots of stores, restaurants just walking distance. The host was very, very kind, helped us with everything. Will definitely return when visiting Istanbul. Would also recommend it to parents with children, the streets nearby were manageable with strollers.

lovely spot, 7 mins walk distance from Galata tower, has parking 1 street away and has the best breakfast spot in the neighborhood called Lavender.

elevator was small but that's understandable, overall the house was so warm to the point where we had to keep our windows open.

Near to the tramway station and taksim/independent street, neighbourhood was nice, apartment was cosy and nice, feel like home away from home. We had connecting apartment and was able to gather, cook, dine and watch tv tgt. There was a smart tv. The place was big with sufficient beds. Enjoyed our long stay there. No complains. Host was nice and friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location a few minutes walk from the port and the Galata Tower and Bridge. Also with good restaurants and coffee bars yards away. Can see Bosphorus and Asia from the fourth floor balcony.

Lift is fine. But we liked to use the stairs. Mentioned to proprietor that the stair lights and motion sensors could be improved very easily.
