I booked a room for 5 guests for me and my friends. The room was very nice with 2 bathroom and quite spacious. We got all the help we needed by the staff. Emre was always there to ask us if we need anything for the room or further recommendations. The location of the room was great, very close to the Galata Tower and also close to the T1 tram line in order to get to Ayia Sofia, Blue Mosque and the bazaars easily. Thank you for hosting us 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The room was cozy, spacious, and incredibly quiet—both internally and externally. I couldn’t hear other guests or any noise from the street, which made for a very relaxing experience. The location is fantastic and close to everything. Taksim Square is just a 10-minute walk, the Fatih area (including the Blue Mosque and other landmarks) is about 20-30 minutes on foot, Galata Port is 10 minutes away, and Galata Tower is also a short 10-minute walk. The staff were welcoming, approachable, and always helpful. They provided me with two bottles of water daily and promptly responded to all my requests. A special thanks to Mr. Erhan for his exceptional hospitality; he helped with my luggage, showed me to my room, and made me feel at home from the start. The price of the stay is also very reasonable, especially considering the efficient services and prime location. I truly loved my stay here and can’t wait to return♥️

One thing to note is that room service is not done every day, it’s only provided upon checkout. Personally, I didn’t find this a problem because it made me feel more secure, knowing no one would enter my room during my stay, keeping my luggage and belongings safe.

We stayed for six nights with our two kids. Mr. Gökhan, the apartment manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The staff were also very welcoming; they even washed some of our clothes for free and provided bottled water.The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a practical small kitchen, which was especially useful for our family. The air conditioner system was great and made our stay more comfortable. They offer 24-hour reception, and while there is no room service, they are willing to assist if requested.The location was ideal, just a short walk to the metro, bus, and ferry, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also, it was a value for money. I recommend this hotel apartment.

The neighborhood has some steep hills but short distances. This is not a negative point. If you have not mobility problem you should not be affected.

This is my second visit at this family run hotel/apartment. The hospitality was great. I have to give a special mention to Yunus and Burak for doing there absolute best to cater for our needs and being so attentive. Everything is in close proximity which is great and the views from terrace overlooking the Bosphorus and other land marks is a huge bonus. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Perfect stay! Everything was perfect during our stay. My family and I stayed at one of the most beautiful hotels — the location was excellent and very close to everything we needed. I would like to sincerely Thank Yunus Emre for his kindness and attention throughout our visit. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I will definitely book again with them soon!

Staying at Galata king suite hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The hosts was incredibly attentive, offering great local recommendations and always being available for any questions I had.The location was also perfect, close to Galata within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and so close to Taksim square also close to public transportation. If you're looking for a warm and friendly place to stay, I would highly recommend. I know I'll be back!

Mr. Emra (manager) and other staff of hotel were so kind and respectful. It was clean and so calm for long or short time stay.

The location is at the alley with a high slope, but it's completely valuable because every house in that area like this. also i expect to pay after stay and they account on my credit card for reservation. and I expect the safe in the room working, but manager said it's not working and need to repair. as a recommendation, I suggest to replace sleepers with stronger ones and also consider some cloth hangers inside room.

Lovely property, very close to most attractions you must see in Istanbul one of them being the gorgeous Galata Tower. The staff were amazing, especially Osman he was very respectful and helpful, booked taxi for us, helped with facilities and most important he made us feel like home! We will definitely come back!

I spent two weeks in Galata king suite which was excellent. The penthouse had great views from the two balconies overlooking the Bosphorus, Galata tower, Hagia Sofia. This apartment was also very close to the trams and buses as well as galataport. The best part of the hotel were the staff who were always attentive and polite. Most of my communications was with Yunus and Kadir who were really helpful, especially Yunus who always took pride in ensuring the hotel was run well. Thanks for the comfortable stay and I look forward to staying at your hotel again soon. 👍🏼

Nothing to really dislike. Maybe the bathroom could have been a little spacious by having a smaller sink.(elderly guests may struggle, but that's just in this room)
