Best possible location! Lots is in walking distance and the main tram stops right in front. The staff was so friendly and helpful and there 24/7. Basic, but has everything you need!

If you’re a light sleeper, the windows are quite thin and there is a mosque just opposite, so one can hear their prayers. We didn’t mind though, it’s not that loud There is a fantastic hammam next to that mosque though, highly recommend it.

Everything was 10 out of 10. Super clean, comfy beds, even the sheets felt good, top location! What makes Miller unique is that it is not just a hotel but also a travel agency. It values more than the money. I took my tickets for a chosen event at the hotel's reception on the day I decided to go. I was not just receiving pieces of advice. Mr. Mutlu was arranging things for me. I felt more than pleased by the service! For a smooth touristic experience, with the feeling that things happen for you on their own, I highly recommend Miller Hotel & Travel Agency!

Exceptional location and very helpful staff. The Hotel staff recommend local hotspots, tours and airport taxi service. Offered to store luggage after our stay was finished! The Hotel has one room on each floor, total 7 floors and access is available via elevator on the 1st floor. You'll have to walk a flight of stairs to reach the elevator, the hotel staff offered to carry our luggage which was super sweet. This is the best location you could stay at for a first time tourist. Tram station is literally 2mins from Hotel. All touristy locations are within easy reach. Good food and shopping areas nearby. Room itself is very spacious, clean and tidy! The view is great and the windows are soundproof. Highly recommend booking this one.

The property is very clean. The simple design is pleasing to the eye. I traveled alone and it was plenty of space for one person. Two people would be comfortable. One room may be a bit small for three people, depending on how you like your space. It’s a great location. Easy to walk places. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as things to do and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I’d come back!

It is quite loud during the night, as the location is busy and you can hear the traffic from the rooms. I brought a good pair of earplugs which helped.

Everything was great! -The property was very nice, pictures doesn’t give it justice, it looks great in reality with a very nice view from the room. -The hotel team was exceptionally helpful and nice. -The location of the hotel is perfect, specially for couples and people interested in hanging out at night. The neighbourhood nearby has a great area full of bars and nice spots for a night out

The only thing was that there was noise during the night but you can sleep very well with earplugs, the hotel provided good ones

Top location - you see the large cruise ships at the port, the Asian coast of the Bosporus and the beautiful Camlica Tower. It is a walking distance from many interesting places. One of the best food streets is just across the street. It was very clean and tidy - also, they tidy up and clean your room everyday. It has everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, I’ve never been in a place with so kind people. They are flexible and helpful!

The elevator starts from the first floor and you have to climb steep stairs. It’s pretty noisy during the active tourist season, because the hotel is on a Main Street.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The size of the room was suitable for a couple. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great! 3mins walk from the Tram station and 5mins walk from restaurants and bars.

The hotel is on a main and busy road so it was very noisy. However, i had read previous reviews, so we were prepared for the noise and it didn’t affect our rest or our vacation at all! A good pair of earplugs will solve the problem!

It was a perfect stay in Istanbul. I don't know where to start. Firstly the location is amazing. You can easily reach all the main sight seeings in by foot. Hagia Sofia is literally 15 mins walking. Plus you stay in a very trendy karakoy area. A lot if night life and good street food, however the hotel is quite. The galata tower is only 5 mins walking. The tram station is just front of hotel and you can reach other districts easily. Plus ferie stations is also 10 mins walking. Secondly the room itself is extremely clean and tidy. You have ll necessary equipments there. Plus there is complimentary water tea and coffee. Last but the least, the hotel is a little business run by Mr Mutlu and his friend. They always take care of their guests. They helped us to organise private transfers and gave really insides on where to go in Istanbul. There is nothing they can not assist you. I highly recommend this place. I have been there for one week with my mom and are very happy with everything.

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was very very nice and helpful. The location in regards to the rest of the city is amazing. Walking distance from Taksim, Galata tower and historical center (bit further but doable). And a tram across the street.

It was a bit cramped in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and it was doable, but especially for people with a bigger body, this might be uncomfortable. Also good to keep in mind it's on a very busy street, so bring earplugs, even if you normally don't need them.
