Good room size and convenience to walking around for food and metro

Room size a bit smaller than expected. Noise at the night time.

Location is great, it is very close to new embankment with a lot of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walking (UP) to Taksim, also being located on quite calm street and on fully flat neighborhood. Staff is really friendly and willing to help. They have helped me with ordering a taxi to airport for 700 TRY and payment on reception - so I did not have to communicate about payments with driver which is really good in Turkey.

Room facilities are OK but a bit ... tired, could be refreshed. Also be aware that the breakfast is 1 same portion with omelette, some cheese / vegetable pieces and a bread. For me it was OK.

Great location: next to the tram station, walking distance to Galataport, Galata tower & bridge. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Wifi worked well Overall the room was fine

There is a difference between room’s pictures on booking and the reality. In fact the hotel is somewhat old and requires slight modification. Biggest issue was with shower water temperature- it was quite cold and it wasn’t pleasant taking shower. Water pressure in the sink was too high, so that water was spilling all over.

The hotel is located in the vibrant area of Karakoy with easy access to a multitude of restaurants of many different types. It is also very close to the beautiful Galaport area which is perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll along the waterfront and a stop for a beer or two. Access to the tourist areas of the city is easy by tram. I would recommend the hotel to any visitor to Istanbul.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The location of the hotel allows you to visit many important and viral sights in Istanbul and minimize the use of public transportation since everything is close to the hotel and can be reached by walking. I had a wonderful experience at Sherry Suites Karaköy. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help especially Adam, Ali, Çagatay and Enes! Thank you!

Elevator size is small and barely enough for 4 people. Bedsheets and towels are clean but they are old and need to be replaced.

Very comfortable apartment that could use a little TLC. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. They provide a same day laundry service. Pay by the Kilo. Very reasonable!! Perfect location for us, walk to Galata tower. Very short walk to T1 tram, that is only 5 stops from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Grand Bazaar, etc.

Bath towels and mats very worn.

Great hotel - very clean and spacious. Friendly staff who offered us wine when we arrived. Great location for sightseeing and getting the main places (including near a ferry to get to the asian side).

For this hotel I'd print out a map with it marked and the address so a taxi knows how to get there. The hotel is narrow on the outside so not obvious before you see it. Just be wary when getting a taxi from the airport as they try to charge too much, make sure they have the meter on. There is roof terrace but it looks like it's not yet finished (but it was really cold when we were there so wouldn't have used it).

Comfortable. In a lively neighborhood, no need to go far for nightlife. Can walk or take short taxi rides to attractions.

Served us the same breakfast plate for 6 days.🥴 Server was very nice though. Good cafe latte. Receptionists also very nice.

I regularly come to Istanbul since 2012 and this is hôtel is by far the best I have been to in terms of quality and price. the location is perfect a few steps away from metro, 5mn from galata tower, 7mn from eminonu the karakoy neighborhood is by itself a gem ! the staff is amazing they answered all our requests immediately and with kindness they are also very quick to answer emails. the room was cleaned and tidied every day, it was big spacious and very modern ! highly highly recommend thank you for the amazing stay
