Excellent accomodation in a great location. Neighbourhood full of bars, restaurants and pastry shops (had the best kunefe right across the street). Easy access (5 min. walk) to tram, metro (tunnel),ferries ( karakoy pier).

The breakfast (offered in the main building) could be improved.

I liked the Jacuzzi in the room, and the mirrors on the ceiling. The location was really good too.

I didn't like having to enter a lot of passcodes to get into the room. There was a passcode to get into the front door, another one for the floor, and finally one for the room. If my phone ran out of battery, I do not know how I would have entered the room, because the passcodes were quite long to remember, and so I had to take a picture of them. Also at night, you could not see much as you entered the building. The lights should be always on, or closer to the main door.

It's all you need for a short trip to Istanbul - good location, close to all the tourist attractions, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is very good, every day menu is a bit changing. Very good value for price. The hotel doesn't have much soul, it's quite standard, but it's just comfortable for everyone.

In the evening it's slightly noisy from the sounds from the street - there are bars with loud music, that are finishing at 1am, but it didn't bother us much, we could still fall asleep easily.

Was comfortable and clean, room was small but enough for 1 night and close to eating places.

The bedroom was comfortable with 2 bottles of water provided the each day. Breakfast area was a bit tight in terms of space. The choice for breakfast was satisfactory. The location of the hotel was great, bars and restaurants nearby, and a carrefour supermarket 50 metres away. The location was ideal, positioned in Karakoy between the sightseeing area of Sultanhamet and the Istiklal street shopping/ nightlife area. The Karakoy tram stop and Tunel funicular (to avoid the steep climb to Istiklal St) are within a 7 minute walk from hotel.

I think any hotel in Istanbul needs to explain the steps for getting an Istanbul Travel Card, which can be used on the trams, ferries and Tunel funicular. You need this card for getting around because Istanbul is a large city. Fare costs are very reasonable.

Location is the best, in the heart of very vibrant area, near to a ferry dock, T1 and F1. Homemade breakfast was delicious and the ladies from the kitchen are so nice Room is exactly the same as on the photos. They did the cleaning every Day . Also they changed a towels on a daily basis. Staff was very polite and welcoming. I will be back to this hotel.

Great location but the most important the staff : Front desk .. all the team , specially YakuB and the young woman who’s working at the am shift , House keeping and the breakfast team .. I saw a lot of bad comments about the entry code, people d ont understand how tu use it that’s all .. Triada thanks a lot

- great location, many restaurants and coffeshops near the hotel. I don't drink turkish coffee, unfortunately, but there is a good choice of coffee shops there where you can find non turkish coffee. - nice and friendly staff. They showed the way to our building. Then I had a problem with the delivery, they helped to contact the driver. - the room is not big, but fine in general.

- the restaurant is really small. Not enough space for people, especially not in the morning hours. The breakfast is quite standard in Turkey - cheese, eggs, eggplants, vegetables, bread... - internet login and password allow you to connect only 2 devices, but the gyus on the reception will help you with it.
