I liked its location, close to cafés, traditional Turkish restaurants and more. Also, the furniture of the room was brand new and well cleaned which makes me feel comfortable for my stay. At the end the reception man were very helpful and polite as well as the room service staff.

The noise coming in from the window and the door is disruptive. I would prefer to install soundproofing materials to prevent the sound from entering.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul, just a short walk from Galataport. The location is fantastic, with many great cafés nearby and everything within easy reach. The staff was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing all our requests and concerns. They provided fresh water daily and even offered umbrellas when it rained. Despite a few minor issues, the hotel resolved everything promptly and efficiently, even offering us a room change. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is ideally located, close to public transportation, the Karakoy pier, the bridge leading to the old town, Beyoglu... 24h reception is convenient and employees are helpful and kind.

Room was really small (I believe I booked the "small double bedroom"), ok for a solo traveler on a short trip but wouldn't recommend it for a couple. Walls are pretty thin too- I could definitely hear what other guests where up to in the adjacent rooms

Terfic at reception was a absolute star....very kind.The first day on arrival our card got "swallowed" by a Ziraat ATM and he walked all the way with us to phone the bank and translate.The not so good part....we had to ask fpr clean towels and toilet paper,no cleaning daily service I took our our trash myself.The location is perfect though and we loved fhe crowds and music during the night when the streets are buzzing.

Location is in the area of many nice cafes, bars and restaurants. The room’s space is comfortable for two people. Room was clean. Design of the room is basic but alright. Basic equipment.

AC worked not good on the heat mode. The room is not soundproofed. Bars and restaurants keep playing music till late night, and in the early morning there is a loud prayer from the mosque. Hair dryer worked badly.

It’s at a pretty nice area. Close to everything from public transport and in a restaurant/coffee shop hub.

I think the King room was smaller than displayed. Ours only had one night stand and we were expecting something similar to the advertised. But that is a very very small complain as for the amount of money we paid it was great.

The property was clean, in a good location near bars and restaurants but not noisy at all. Staff was super friendly
