I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Bosphorus Hotel from January 24 to 29, 2025, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room cleanliness and comfort were impeccable, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Anil for his outstanding service, kindness, and constant smile, which added a warm touch to our experience.

However, there was one issue that affected our comfort—the air conditioning system was set to heating mode constantly, making it difficult to sleep. We had to open the window for ventilation, but unfortunately, the outside noise from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 AM was quite disruptive. The noise level gradually decreased as the day progressed, but it did impact our rest.

When I entered the hotel, I asked the hotel if it was possible to change the bed to a bigger one, but they offered to give me an extra bed for free. This was a thankful gesture from the evening employee, but unfortunately, when I was checking out, the employee asked me for the value of the extra bed, and I told him what happened, but unfortunately he asked me to pay for the bed and I paid. This gave me a bad impression. I hope that the Booking management will take this into consideration.

the breakfast restaurant at the roof was closed for renovations. It was a big disappointment to find out it's closed and miss the great view and experience of having breakfast overlooking the sea from the roof

This was the third time we stayed at this Hotel, We loved every moment of it, especially the warm welcoming we received from the staff at the reception and all other staff members. I enjoyed going to the recreation facility SPA/sauna etc. and take a nice time before leaving the hotel for activities. The location is a mazing and all the activities around the area within walking distance, we enjoyed our stay and we for sure would prefer to come back again. The staff are lovely and made good friendship and lasting memories with them, its incredible as we remember each other as we have now stayed at this hotel 3 times already :). Location + room space + quiet room

There are no ( toothbrush’s , cotton swabs, ear cleaning pads , shower cap and bathrobe. They provide only two bottles of water per day and only two coffee sachets, as well as tea and sugar. One of the staff members entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and kept knocking after. The room key malfunctions daily, and I need to go to the reception to have it activated.

My stay at Novotel Istanbul was an excellent experience that combined comfort, professionalism, and convenient location. The hotel is ideally located, providing easy access to [mention: the airport, city center, metro stations, or landmarks like Hagia Sophia or Taksim The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed – including comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, free Wi-Fi The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Reception was always available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I especially appreciated Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Istanbul for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and reliable stay in the city. I would gladly return in the future.

Perfect location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Close to Galata bridge where you can walk across or take the tram to visit the Hagia Sofia & Blue mosques also the grand bazaar. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, very attentive and efficient. Breakfast in the hotel is a must. Absolutely delicious with so much to choose from. Served on the top floor overlooking the Bosphorus. Hotel is spotless and very spacious. Great AC and beds were very comfortable. Also, very good hairdresser & barber located beside the spa/pool inside the hotel.
