I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Bosphorus Hotel from January 24 to 29, 2025, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room cleanliness and comfort were impeccable, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Anil for his outstanding service, kindness, and constant smile, which added a warm touch to our experience.

However, there was one issue that affected our comfort—the air conditioning system was set to heating mode constantly, making it difficult to sleep. We had to open the window for ventilation, but unfortunately, the outside noise from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 AM was quite disruptive. The noise level gradually decreased as the day progressed, but it did impact our rest.

When I entered the hotel, I asked the hotel if it was possible to change the bed to a bigger one, but they offered to give me an extra bed for free. This was a thankful gesture from the evening employee, but unfortunately, when I was checking out, the employee asked me for the value of the extra bed, and I told him what happened, but unfortunately he asked me to pay for the bed and I paid. This gave me a bad impression. I hope that the Booking management will take this into consideration.

the breakfast restaurant at the roof was closed for renovations. It was a big disappointment to find out it's closed and miss the great view and experience of having breakfast overlooking the sea from the roof

Location + room space + quiet room

There are no ( toothbrush’s , cotton swabs, ear cleaning pads , shower cap and bathrobe. They provide only two bottles of water per day and only two coffee sachets, as well as tea and sugar. One of the staff members entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and kept knocking after. The room key malfunctions daily, and I need to go to the reception to have it activated.

The location is excellent. The front office staff is very efficient, polite and helpful. The breakfast is elaborate. The rooms are clean. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and I would certainly recommend others to stay here.

If I have to mention something, it would be this: They declare that the breakfast will be served till 10 am. But the staff seems to be only interested in winding up rather than serving the guests. It is irritating the way they start picking up the unused cutlery, cups/saucers etc from your table even when it is 9:15 am. They start cleaning/winding up where you are sitting that makes you feel unwanted/unwelcome. The feeling is difficult to be expressed in words. One has to experience it to understand what I am writing.

Location very good as it is facing Burj Khalifa & the fountain. We enjoyed the fountain every night without going outside. Overall staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks so much to Darwin who is extremely good and responsible. He contacted us few times when we arrived Dubai and to make sure that we reach the apartment without any difficulties. He also found my jacket & money left inside the room and immediately informed me as we are already on the way to airport. He took initiative to sent them by taxi which I received it less than half an hour. Thank you Darwin. You have done a great job.

Most of the taxi driver doesn't know exactly the location even I have shown them the address. So, I have to tell them it is next to Ramada Hotel Downtown. Our driver which we rent the car on arrival also doesn't know the exact location and have been turning around few times. Another suggestion is if possible, get the house keeping to clean the room and change towel every two days including provide the soap & shampoo. 4 nights staying there, they only collect rubbish.

the location was perfect..we were nearby galataport, in the middle of the bustling neighbourhood of karakoy. The roof top has a magnificent view on the bosphorus and the mosques. I want to say thank you to Mr Mehmet in the breakfast who was very kind with us. and i would like to thank the reception team for the birthday note and cake left in our room before our coming

the staff! frankly most all the staff should learn a little bit english.. and should be learned how to be smiling. I understand the stress and the tense life in Istanbul but this is your city ..you should show the travellers the meaning of hospitality. also, about the cleanliness.. the carpets in the room are very dirty.. i believe you should pay attention to this.
