1. The location few minutes from the metro and few minutes walk from Galata port and Karaköy attractions and few minutes walk to Galata tower - Central location 2. There is super market opposite side to the hotel closes at 10 pm 3. Rooms are spacious 4. The staff are brilliant, friendly, helpful and give you the feeling you are at your home specially both Burak both of them they have the same name but they are so so good 5. The rooms has iron and iron plate good equipped 6. The hotel is in residential area and 2 minutes walk there is Beladiya park make you feel you are in the heart of Turkish people live

They only need to 1. Extra cover for the family room 2. Food Room service you need to order it through a barcode in the room and there is minimum of 500 TL to order

I really loved the location of the hotel - everything was a walking distance. The perfect spot to see the Galata Tower as your orienteering point. The hotel staff was polite and made our stay comfortable and cozy. The housing was accommodating to provide us with new set of towels and all the necessities we could ask for during our stay. The mattresses and pillows comfortably made and the cleaning of the room was spectacular. Another great point is a big room facility: we had a bedroom, a living room and even kitchen with oven and fridge! The hotel is quiet and family oriented, which was a perfect choice for us.

The smell in the bathroom was a bit disturbing, probably due to lack of ventilation inside.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness was impressive — both the room and public areas were well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming.

The only downside for me was the lighting in the room. During the day, there’s plenty of natural light, but in the evening it felt a bit too dim, with only a few light sources that didn’t brighten the space enough. A bit more lighting would definitely make the room feel cozier at night.

Location is very good , you can walk everywhere, close to Sishane metro Beds are confortable and sheets/towels clean Welcome water in the room, free coffee & tea in room & at reception Helpful reception staff, they speak good enghlish and welcoming Market just outside the hotel & nice kebap place Park Kebap ( we recomend tasty grill and very nice waiters)

Room 204 AC doesnt make cold enough Smell from sewarege in bathroom and ventilation not working strong Room 10, very ugly outside the window in the hotel back yard with lots of garbage- (please clean the trash, gives very bad impresion to the guests and the hotel is nice overall)

I recently traveled from London to Turkey and had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel. From start to finish, everything about my stay was simply awesome. The staff were welcoming and professional, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and every detail—from the room comfort to the quality of service—was top-notch. The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. Whether it was the cleanliness, amenities, or hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, and I felt genuinely cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey—it made my trip unforgettable!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent climate control system that worked perfectly. The bathroom was large and equipped with modern fixtures, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making the check-in process quick and smooth. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is also fantastic, with everything conveniently close by: just 2 minutes to the tram stop, 5 minutes to restaurants in any direction, and 10 minutes to the waterfront.

However, I did experience some noise disturbances on a couple of nights. It seemed to be due to other guests in the hallway, as there was loud talking, laughing, and door slamming. While this may not be a regular occurrence, it did disrupt my sleep during those nights.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. We initially had a quad room which proved too small for us. We requested reception, who kindly changed our room to a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, which was more roomy and comfortable. The AC was biting cold, and we actually had to turn it up. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and plenty of places to have breakfast close by. The hotel is situated very near to the Galata tower, which is only a 5 minute walk. It is a hilly area, so bring along a good pair of walking shoes. The Tram line is also a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It is only two stops away from the port where you can book a day / sunset / donner cruise on the Bosphoros. The spice bazar is two stops away in the other direction, the Haga Sofia, Blue Masjid, and Topkapi Papace five stops away, and the Grand Bazar is 7 stops away. The turkish food in Istanbul is exceptional, and you can't go wrong with a mixed grill / traditional breakfast. Apologies to all the veggi lovers out there.

This does not affect my impressions of the service. However, there were a few flies in the room which the staff tried to take care of, with some success. Having said that, they are all over the place as most dining area are open and only some high-end ones offer AC.

They try to do their best. This hotel was a good value and was in an excellent location for walking. Close to Gallata Tower and the shore. Many local places to eat and shop. Very steep climb to the main market street. If you have issues with walking or are in a wheel chair, find a better location. The staff here is friendly and did recommend a very nice dinner cruise which they handled well. Hotel cleaning service was daily and they did a good enough job.

Room was smaller than expected, and we had use of the couch bed which made it tight quarters for 3. The room smelled of cat, but so does the entire city of Istanbul.
