The hotel is new,new furniture, so clean and comfortable and the stuff was so friendly and helpful, would totally recommend.

Once we got the better room, everything was great - the room was large, with storage, comfortable bedding and all necessary amenities. The location is very convenient, and the staff is super helpful and approachable. They aren't always at the reception, but you can message them on Booking and they will do all they can to help. The area has a lot of nice shops and the best pide bakery.

We were first placed in a basement room (Double Room with Patio) which was truly not nice - whilst it had "a patio", it is more of a basement well. The sound isolation there was poor, the room was dusty, the lights didn't work properly, it was dark and the room was next to an open-door toilet and cleaning supplies. We complained and got an upgrade to an excellent room.

The room was very nice! Drinking water was provided every day, the beds were made daily and the floors were mopped. The location is great. You can get everywhere from there. I can only recommend it!

The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The front desk is not always there, but when we arrived earlier than expected, I believed they saw us on the camera and the guy showed up right away. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is within an easy walk to the cruise terminal, Galata Tower, and the Heritage Tram. If you need to get to the other tourist hotspots, the hotel is also close to the tram station.

Location is one of the top reasons I like the hotel, but it is also the one thing I wish was better. The hotel is located in a small street, almost an alley. The street leads to a dead end so there is only entry point. Since it is a dead end, often cars are parked in the middle street not allowing a vehicle to reach the hotel which is about 30 yards in. When we arrived, our vehicle had to drop us off at the intersection and we had to lug our baggage to the hotel.

Cleanliness and the location just near by restaurants in walking 2 min distance, THE best part is the receptionist “Yasser” he is an amazing guy he look after every single guest and greet and welcome facilitate from his heart really. Unbelievable experience my mom cannot climb stairs he really did his best to accommodate us in the best possible rooms. Thank you Yasser and property for the best experience in Istanbul Best value and great hygiene and interior Really appreciate it. Definitely recommend

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, the staff showed exceptional friendliness and care, creating an atmosphere of coziness and hospitality. All the staff were incredibly responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with a pleasant design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The overall impression of the service is top notch. I would like to separately thank the staff for their attention to detail and sincere desire to make the guests' stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates quality, comfort and a warm attitude!

We loved our stay! Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers, or for families with no mobility issues. The room we booked was super comfortable and had AC, plus a deck/patio outside. All modern/new appliances (shower, fridge, sinks, soft lighting, furniture). Very friendly check in/check out staff that were super accommodating with our arrival and departure times! The location is awesome because it’s quiet but still close to karakoy/Galata and old town. We walked everywhere but you could easily train!

It was all wonderful! One thing to note is that there were no chairs or tables in the double room we booked, but there was a desk/shelf unit, and two chairs outside on the patio :) This was no problem for us at all— and it actually works well if you want space to lay a mat for prayer, yoga, splurge on a rug, etc.! I would not recommend this place if you have problems with mobility because there is no elevator… but if this isn’t the case, I would say book this place because you won’t find a better spot for the price, quality, and location!

We loved our stay at this charming, cozy, and exceptionally clean hotel. It’s located right in the heart of Istanbul, just a few minutes from Galata Tower and Istiklal Street, yet tucked away in a quiet lane where it was peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The bed was comfortable, with excellent, fresh linens and towels, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff was polite and very welcoming. While breakfast wasn't provided, the hotel manager recommended a nearby café, Lavander, which offers hearty and delicious breakfasts at a great price. Many touristic sights are within walking distance, along with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The hotel is charmingly cozy, with one unique quirk: it has no lift, so you'll need to navigate steep stairs to reach the upper floors. If you’re traveling with a heavy or large suitcase, this could be a bit of a challenge. However, the hotel’s friendly administrator is always ready to assist and can help bring your luggage up to your room, making your stay more comfortable.
