The hotel is new,new furniture, so clean and comfortable and the stuff was so friendly and helpful, would totally recommend.

Once we got the better room, everything was great - the room was large, with storage, comfortable bedding and all necessary amenities. The location is very convenient, and the staff is super helpful and approachable. They aren't always at the reception, but you can message them on Booking and they will do all they can to help. The area has a lot of nice shops and the best pide bakery.

We were first placed in a basement room (Double Room with Patio) which was truly not nice - whilst it had "a patio", it is more of a basement well. The sound isolation there was poor, the room was dusty, the lights didn't work properly, it was dark and the room was next to an open-door toilet and cleaning supplies. We complained and got an upgrade to an excellent room.

The room was very nice! Drinking water was provided every day, the beds were made daily and the floors were mopped. The location is great. You can get everywhere from there. I can only recommend it!

Cleanliness and the location just near by restaurants in walking 2 min distance, THE best part is the receptionist “Yasser” he is an amazing guy he look after every single guest and greet and welcome facilitate from his heart really. Unbelievable experience my mom cannot climb stairs he really did his best to accommodate us in the best possible rooms. We loved our stay! Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers, or for families with no mobility issues. The room we booked was super comfortable and had AC, plus a deck/patio outside. All modern/new appliances (shower, fridge, sinks, soft lighting, furniture). Very friendly check in/check out staff that were super accommodating with our arrival and departure times! The location is awesome because it’s quiet but still close to karakoy/Galata and old town. We walked everywhere but you could easily train!

It was all wonderful! One thing to note is that there were no chairs or tables in the double room we booked, but there was a desk/shelf unit, and two chairs outside on the patio :) This was no problem for us at all— and it actually works well if you want space to lay a mat for prayer, yoga, splurge on a rug, etc.! I would not recommend this place if you have problems with mobility because there is no elevator… but if this isn’t the case, I would say book this place because you won’t find a better spot for the price, quality, and location!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, the staff showed exceptional friendliness and care, creating an atmosphere of coziness and hospitality. All the staff were incredibly responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with a pleasant design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The overall impression of the service is top notch. I would like to separately thank the staff for their attention to detail and sincere desire to make the guests' stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates quality, comfort and a warm attitude!

We loved our stay at this charming, cozy, and exceptionally clean hotel. It’s located right in the heart of Istanbul, just a few minutes from Galata Tower and Istiklal Street, yet tucked away in a quiet lane where it was peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The bed was comfortable, with excellent, fresh linens and towels, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff was polite and very welcoming. While breakfast wasn't provided, the hotel manager recommended a nearby café, Lavander, which offers hearty and delicious breakfasts at a great price. Many touristic sights are within walking distance, along with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The hotel is charmingly cozy, with one unique quirk: it has no lift, so you'll need to navigate steep stairs to reach the upper floors. If you’re traveling with a heavy or large suitcase, this could be a bit of a challenge. However, the hotel’s friendly administrator is always ready to assist and can help bring your luggage up to your room, making your stay more comfortable.

They were exceptional—supportive, kind, precise, and always available to help. Despite our very late arrival, they greeted us warmly and made sure we were settled in without any hassle. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the city. It was an all-around fantastic experience!

We had a great experience at this newly opened and renovated hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable and large, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well, which was important during the warm days. The location is quiet, with no noise disturbances, and it’s super central for exploring this part of Istanbul. Restaurants and shops are just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a nearby metro station. Also, cat lovers will enjoy seeing many cats around the area and even in front of the hotel!

On the downside, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs are quite narrow. While we only had hand luggage, this could be a challenge for anyone with bigger bags. The reception isn’t always staffed, which might sometimes cause problems for guests. Lastly, the balcony could be better equipped, as it lacked a table and chairs for relaxing.
