The room was clean and nice & no different from the suggested picture. Really appreciated that.

I specifically chose this hotel because they said they offered car parking. It was very unpleasant to get there late at night and find out they actually don’t. They only had two or three parking spots - for the entire hotel - which were already busy, and said they couldn’t help. I had to figure out for myself a solution to park the car - late, at night and in the busy Istanbul!… Ain’t going there again…

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, especially those from Turkmenistan. They spoke several languages, which made communication easy and pleasant. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again!

The food was limited and lacked variety — it was almost the same every day. The restaurant is located in the basement (floor -1), which is not a suitable place at all. It was quite noisy downstairs, and the dining area is very small, with space for only about 8 people. This made breakfast time uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, with large and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer, it would have been impossible with just a fan. The bathroom was big and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly; the young man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. The location is excellent: less than a 4-minute walk to the tram, which takes you just one stop to the boats. It’s very central and lively, yet the area around the hotel is quiet enough for a good rest. Super highly recommended!

The breakfast was very disappointing. Over the 4 days, I went down at different times, but there was never any milk, very little hot food, and no variety of bread. Also, the breakfast area was uncomfortably hot, especially in summer. In addition, one female staff (front desk) member’s attitude was disappointing, my uncle asked her for something, and she simply replied “we don’t have it” without checking or asking anyone else. She never greeted guests and spent most of her time on her phone. She should really improve her customer service skills.

Just had an amazing stay at this hotel! The prime location made exploring the city a breeze, with key attractions just steps away. The room was not only spotlessly clean but also offered a tranquil retreat. where to start....10/10 location. couldnt ask for a better location. no slopes and you can walk to Tophane station in 3 min. from there you can take tram to Karakoy and then from there Finikler to Istaklal cad. one end or from Tophane to Kabatas and then Finikler (tunnel train) to Taksim square (other side of istaklal. you can also take Tophane to any of the stations to Sultanahmet, Eminonu or Kapali charsi. Best of all the location of hotel is on a very quiet street so absolutely no noise except for sound of prayer in early morning because mosque is very near. The room.was very big and beds were very very comfortable. best of all the lifesaver was the elevator. Staff very very helpful as they helped with stroller everyday on entrance stairs and bags coming and leaving hotel. When we asked for new bedsheets and pillows, iron and blankets they gave immediately. windows opened so lots of fresh air. room was very nice and bright.

only minor things. Kettle tip was rusted so we didn't use, the curtain rod needed replacement and the toilet fan made a noise. They missed putting soap when room was cleaned. The one thing that we really missed was a microwave or a hot plate as it could've saved us a lot of money as breakfast is very expensive in that area.

It was just perfect! The location is very close to everything (Karakoy, Istiklal, Galata Tower, Galataport) and if you want to go to Sultanahmet, T1 is 2 minutes walking distance. It was really quiet, even though is situated near very crowded locations and close to a lot of amazing local restaurants. The breakfast was very fresh and good and the staff was very helpful. We appreciated the fact they had parking spots right in front of the hotel. Definetely, my new favorite location in Istanbul!

Our 5-night stay at Sabiha Sultan was great! First off, the location of the hotel is fantastic - in an unassuming (a bit shabby) street, but a mere 2-minute walk from one of the main tram stops in the city, a few minutes from Galata Tower and the new Galataport, with a grocery store and some restaurants right around the corner. The neighborhood is super safe and lively (definitely recommend staying in Karakoy)! We had breakfast included, which was simple, but good enough. We also booked taxi transfers from and to the airport through the hotel, everything worked well. I do want to highlight that the staff of the hotel is wonderful - super friendly & helpful!

The bathroom and shower area were quite small - mainly because of the space the shower door takes when opening it (a simple sliding glass door would fix that). The facilities in the room could be in better condition: our AC didn't work during the first night, the blinds are not blackout so our room was quite bright early in the morning (plus the curtains were coming out of the rod all the time), previous guests also made some damages to walls etc. -> these are some details and fixable things, but that would have an even better impact in our experience

This hotel is a hidden gem in Istanbul. Everything was perfect. The hotel is very close to the port, walking distance to Galata Bridge and Galata Tower, 20 minutes walk from Istiklal street, the tram station is 5 minutes walk, so you'll find everything you need around. Also a very good supermarket in front of the hotel and some good places to have a meal around. The hotel looks better in reality than the pictures you see on Booking, the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is various and fresh. The staff will help you anytime with everything you need. For us was a perfect stay in Istanbul and we'll always come back to this hotel. We hardly recommend and thank everyone from reception for our great stay. This hotel was such a great find—super affordable for three people for five nights with breakfast included. We absolutely loved our room: it was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable for all three of us. The staff was fantastic—everyone spoke Russian and was incredibly helpful. They fixed the kettle for us, always offered coffee and tea, let us store our luggage at the reception, and even offered medical help when we weren’t feeling well. They answered all our questions and provided plenty of free water every day. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back and will be recommending this place to all our friends!

This hotel has a lot to offer to its guests. From the kind stuff to the spacious and clean rooms to its perfect location, it is totally a top choice when visiting Istanbul. The room we were given was really clean spacious (what really amazed us was the bathroom) and we had a really convenient stay as a family of four. They offer free water , coffee, some local treats every day and they also clean and tidy the room in a careful way. The parking was unfortunately full but we were given free breakfast each morning as a compensation for the extra charge we would have to face and we really found this gesture really kind and professional. The location is TOP NOTCH you are close to literally everything and the neighborhood is really lively so there is no fear when coming home late at night. All in all there is a really good price to quality ratio.

The only 2 cons our staying had were: 1. Not all of the stuff's English level was on a higher level and we couldn't easily get the needed assistance in some matters (that's a common phenomenon in Turkey). 2. For my taste the breakfast didn't have many options that I would usually go for but the rest of family really enjoyed it so it's really up to personal taste
