Friendly staff. Felt safe, comfortable and clean accommodation

No milk provided for coffee in the room. The hotel uses a taxi service provided by someone called ‘Kubilay’. He was great on our first journey, he then asked if I’ve arranged a taxi to the airport for when i leave, I told him I’d booked it months ago when I booked my holiday. He then replied and said he wouldn’t be helping me for taxi journeys as I’d gone through someone else for the airport journey! Very unprofessional and the hotel told me they only use Kubilay! Very strange response from the hotel and bearing in mind the hotel is for women only the response could make some females feel vulnerable so please be careful if you use this man!!

This was my first time staying at a women hotel and I was genuinely satisfied. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was very kind. They use a numbered entry system called Nuki. I saw it for the first time, and it’s quite practical. Being centrally located in Üsküdar made it easy to explore. I might consider coming back again.

the concept of only women hotel is amazing. the decor is so lovely. the staff are great and very professional. the location is great, close to the sea and great cafes and restaurants and metro and marmaray stations. just perfect. I would love to come again.

The location is perfect. It is the ideal location in Üsküdar. I used to live in the neighbourhood so I can honestly say this area is perfect. Close to restaurants, cafes, metro, ferry - everything is a short walk away. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was like a little apartment - it was very comfortable and I highly recommend it. Şahika at the reception was always extremely helpful - thank you!

The walls are a bit thin which wasn't an issue for us but I could see how it could bother others. The place is new so it is quite clean. I did notice that when we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, it wasn't always the most thorough cleaning - more like tidying up. Again, these things didn't take away from our experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Frezya-Exclusively women hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their friendliness and willingness to help with any request truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions, assistance with transportation, or just a warm greeting after a long day, they were always there with a smile. As a woman traveling alone, I particularly appreciated how safe and secure the hotel felt. The entire property was well-maintained, with secure access points and attentive staff, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable. My room was spotless, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from cozy bedding to all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is another standout feature. It's conveniently situated near so many attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. I loved being able to walk to everything I wanted to see and do, which saved me so much time and hassle. What made it even better was that almost every mode of public transport in Istanbul was just a 5-minute walk away. This made getting around the city effortless and allowed me to explore everything Istanbul has to offer with ease.

Hotel is perfectly located, nearby the subway. I stayed at Frezya for 18 days, the atmosphere was great. İ had a single room with a view of the sea, so when i woke up i could enjoy a beautiful view from the window. The room was spacious and there was enough closets for clothes. Everything in the room was clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful, especially mrs Aynur helped me a lot. As a single women traveler it felt reliable and very safe. İ had a great time, I recommend staying at this place.

The hotel is central located, so it is in the morning and evening very noisy at the neighbourhood.

Everything! This hotel was probably one of the best decisions I made for this trip. The hotel itself was spacious; the lobby had plenty of space for guests and they had 2 elevators. Our room was big and comfortable; both bedrooms had enough space, the living room was huge. Cupboards were everywhere. And everything was new. The reception and the cleaning staff did a superb job. The location was great, on the Asian side and close to the ferry, the Metro and Marmaray Station, including the busy streets with the cafe and restaurants. Next to the hotel, there was a supermarket. I'd definitely come back when travel to Istanbul next time (but only with girls).

The hotel is well situated near many restaurants and cafés, and the staff are very helpful. They have lists of activities in Istanbul for sightseeing and how to reach them. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I had a fantastic experience for the full two days and could not have hoped for a better place to rest in Istanbul.

The room was a bit hot (around 27 degrees C) until I understood I could turn off the radiator. After I turned the radiator off the temperature dropped to around 20 degrees C which is more comfortable for me.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms are clean, and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel is located at the perfect spot for travelers. Breakfast is not included, but there are plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a new hotel, so there are a couple of things that seem unfinished. For the room for 3 people there was only one small shampoo and body wash. There wasn’t a phone to call and request or ask something if we needed. We stayed for 2 nights but the room wasn’t refreshed after the first night. This is a women only hotel so a full mirror would be a great plus.
