Our room was clean and high standard and well organized. Very good breakfast so fresh and rich plenty of variety. The location was superb. Metro station is close by hotel convenient to travel around and lot of eating places are close too. Walking distanced to GALLATTA tower. The staffs are very helpful kind smiling and speak good English especially Fahriye. Thank you Fahriye for arrange birthday cake for my husband you are marvelous. Rooftop Hamdi restaurant is superb. Manager, staffs and chef are very helpful. Chef was demonstrating how to make local bread. Thank you all. See you all again.

The Staff were amazing - Fahriyeh made sure my stay with my son was memorable and she connects greatly with her guests . The front desk team was amazing ; Emrah made sure i check in the earliest after all long night flught and with Yigit they both attended to all my queries and request in a very professional way.

Great for tourists as it's located in Pera, on of the touristic centers of Istanbul. Many shops and restaurants around. The hotel has a luxury and modern interior, both in lobby and rooms. The hotel has a good spa and gym, breakfast (buffet) is tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and polite.

Despite many lamps (and unclear light controls), the light in the room wasn't bright enough. Sometimes we noticed missing items (coffee capsules, glasses, bathrobes) and had to ask the staff to bring them back (they did!).

The location in front of the sea, in an amazing spot. Beside Galata Tower. In a high, wonderful area . Stuff were nice( especially YUSUF, OMAR) and helpful. Price was acceptable. Beside it a small restaurant and Grocery

Sleep quality was excellent with a very comfy bed, rainfall showerhead was also very nice. Staff all friendly and helpful (including booking airport transfers for us). Breakfast was good and the location was very handy - easy walking distance to many shops/restaurants etc. We enjoyed a good quality and well priced room service meal, and also a lovely meal at the Hamdi restaurant on the top floor of the hotel.

I went to use the indoor pool, but was not allowed to swim unless I had a swimming cap - I had visited the pool/gym/spa area the day before and was given a tour, and this requirement wasn't mentioned. I didn't have a cap and didn't want to purchase one, so I wasn't able to swim. Our Hamdi restaurant bill included a cover charge - presumably for the lovely view. This wasn't made clear on entering (we would have paid it anyway, it was a small charge) but I would have thought that should be waived for hotel guests.

Very fast check in/ check out. Reception team is amazing if you need anything they are everytime ready to help people. Hotel located at şişhane which is most famous historical place in istanbul and close to shopping street by walk 3 minute.(istiklal avenue) Galata tower is also 3 minute by walk. İstanbul airport 45 minute by taxi Old town is with taxi 15 minute but if you want you can go by metro which just 50 meter away from hotel. İf you dont know to what you will do they have very nice city tours and bosphorus boat tour.you can buy ticket from hotel. Rooms are clean and big in the room there is big television and you can watch youtube netflix. Thank you for all service see you next trip

The hotel is located in Pera - a perfect base for exploring Galata, Beyoglu and Istiklal and its multiple restaurants, cafes and bars on one hand and then historical sight of Sultanahmet on the other. Our Panoramic suite was quite spacious with a large furnished terrace overlooking the Golden Horn, Suleymaniye Mosque etc. The staff were ok, though not up to 5* hotel standard you encounter elsewhere.

Cleaning standards need to be improved - in our case these were bathroom and terrace that needed a much more thorough cleaning. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers, especially the minibar (10 Euro for a 0.33l beer or 20 Euro for a 0.187l bottle of local wine anyone?)

Our stay with Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Pera was perfect in so many ways: we really enjoyed our Golden Horn view with its exceptional location just 5 min walking distance from the Beyoglu funicular, Sishane metro station and the Isteklal street with its great restaurant area. Nevertheless, apart from our the mesmerizing scent and taste of Istanbul something what really stood out were the people: we can't be more thankful to the Radisson Blu Team who made our stay not only pleasant and comfortable, but - with the help of Yusuf and Fahnye at the reception desk - literally possible. The problem is we had issues with our payment information in the system and they had personally held their last sea side view superior twin room for us to arrive and pay at the property as an exception past due time for our booking which we failed to guarantee with a card in a due course. This exceptional commitment, individual approach and ad hoc out-of-the-box thinking of the staff is what made our trip happen - totally worth all the money living up to best practice of the Radisson Blu franchise. Thanks Fahnye and Yusuf! You made our days spent in Istanbul as pleasant and carefree as they could had possibly been.

Room size was rather small for a superior suite, but it was cozy and the bed was really comfortable, so nothing in particular - everything was great!
