In a very popular busy area with lots of hotels the Ramada is right next to the Havas bus station from both airports. It has the advantage of being linked to wyndham's. It's rather dated but functional. I had a superior room and asked for a quiet room which was large enough and on a courtyard so was very quiet. The bed was comfortable The road it is in is blocked so there is little traffic noise. The breakfast was good. Staff were very good especially the young guys at reception and the breakfast staff. The spa as with most hotels iis franchised but has a small pool and hammam and offers good reasonable treatments. .

The aircon is noisy but is necessary all night much of the time.

After reading the reviews, we were a little apprehensive as most reviews talked about how the hotel is booked by hair transplant and cosmetic clinics. We were not disappointed as there was no advertising of these clinics except a small screen in the lift. We saw only 1 person who had a hair transplant. The hotel was clean, and the location was near restaurants as well as the square. The room was large enough and had all the amenities, including a clean modern bathroom The breakfast was si.ple snd adequate in a large dining area. It was very safe with a large police presence due to NYE. Zaylak Khalil was very helpful. He helped with our luggage and sorted our taxi back to the airport. We would definitely stay again

The staff are very friendly and polite. The location is good; safe neighborhood and close to the metro stop and super markets as well as Taksim Square and Istiklal street. The beds were comfortable and the room was Ok-size. Daily room service and renewal of supply (water, tea-bags, shampoo, etc). Breakfast is good and there is lots of options in the buffet. The options remain more or leas the same everyday. sauna, pool and gym are free for all guests; we did not use them during our stay, so I cannot comment on the quality. This hotel is not very close to the clubs and loud passways, so we did not have issues with street noise during the night.

The walls are thin and we could hear the neighboring rooms as well as door slamming throughout the night (esp. between 12-2 am). Perhaps we were unlucky to have very loud neighbors who liked telling jokes after midnight! The room was a bit dark with only one small window that was not facing the sun. Small nuances such as one old plug which was hanging off the wall.

Honestly, the Service of the Staff provided was excellent, I liked their way of Customer Service Satisfaction. The Place was very clean and comfort. Staff's service provided was Excellent.

Every morning at 8:00am Cleaner of the room used to come, I think the Hotel Management should control such activity to do room cleaning after 11:00am or whenever the customer require.

The hotel is just a few meters from the stop of air port shuttle bus and may be 100 meters from the metro station .The room size was very impressive . Both reception and restaurant staff were polite and efficient. Ther room was made up till we were on breakfast. The breakfast is more like a good lunch - with soup, hot dishes etc . Big TV screen with various programs. A kettle and a fridge in the room. Did not have any bathrobes, although you can see them on hotel photos. The SPA opens at 11:00 but is open till 22;00

We chose the hotel because of swimming pool. Unfortunately the water was ice cold and almost nobody entered the pool, so the pool is more for decoration. On bright side there are hamam, dry and wet sauna. The dry sauna was still cold when we came are 12:30 afternoon, although it was OK in the evening. The SPA staff lost interest with us once we refused massage . Towels and s slippers are provided at SPA.

Location. Very close to Square and Walking distance to Istiklal. Well lit streets and Safe to walk near the premises even after late night. Value for Money. Spacious Room. Expect only Average Breakfast

Some taxis find trouble in getting to the hotel since access from one side of street is closed.

The hotel is walking distance from taksim square. The hotel is infront of airport bus shuttle stop. Alot of restaurants abd supermarket at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. They had nice swimming pool.

Everything was amazing

The breakfast buffet was very good!!! Freshly prepared and hot-warm dishes with natural ingredients and attendance to detail. The staff at the breakfast area was excellent. Attended to every detail and desire with a big genuine smile.

Kind, helpful and polite staff. Receptionist did all he could to help the guests with a peaceful stay. The breakfast vas freshly made and of high quality. The cleanness and tidiness were both acceptable and good. And last but not least, the location is wonderful! Easy access to underground, busses, and havatas bus to Istanbul and Sabina airport.
