The hotel worked just fine for us. It was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and it was in a great location. There were 4 metro stations that you could easily get to from the hotel. We did not purchase the breakfast. It looked fine, but there are so many places around the hotel to grab some thing that it just wasn’t worth the money for four people. The Italian restaurant next-door , Osteria del Sesto was delicious and I would highly recommend stopping there for a drink and appetizer or dinner.

The hotel does state, and there is a bar (small) in the lobby . One evening , when we asked about the bar, we were told that they had no wine. Several of the staff did not look overly enthused about getting us a drink so we just called it and night and went upstairs. We didn’t ask about it again.

Excellent location which is close to three metro station that connect to all the city and RER railway. The room was very nice, modern and spacious. The services was very good and any difficulty tried to be handled properly. The staff was very very helpful and kind and did their best. Congratulations for this result. It’s a place very worth visiting!

Nothing to mention

We booked a Classic double room with 1 bed. We have been to Paris before and know the size of the rooms. This one exceeded expectations in size. The elevator worked, cleaning was good, no complaints about the amenities. Unfortunately, the second half of our trip didn't go according to plan and we were rather restless hotel guests. But the staff helped with everything. Thank them very much! As an exception, they allowed us a late check-out and sent us the documents we had forgotten in the safe by mail. We are very happy with our choice of hotel. I think we will not look for other options next time, we will go straight here. We chose the hotel based on price/quality ratio, proximity to metro and good restaurants, quiet neighborhood. We are pleasantly surprised that everything worked out better than we expected.

Excellently located, one minute from Vavin Metro station and a nice short (8 minute) walk to Notre-Dame des Champs Metro which has direct service to many sites like Trocadero, Musee D'Orsay, etc and also a convenient bus stop for the Louvre. Very close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bodega-type stores for purchase of fruit and small groceries. The room was well-sized for Paris and the room seemed very soundproofed from street noise. The housekeeping service was great about servicing the room while we were out regardless of when we left. There was a safe, and room for stuff in a closet although sadly no drawers, just relatively high shelves. Minibar fridge was typically-sized but able to hold several bottles of water.

It might be difficult for individuals with accessibility issues -- up in the lift and through two separate fire doors before we reached our room door. The tub was narrow and water pressure not fantastic, but very serviceable.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Our room was upgraded to superior and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent although a little more variety would be nice. We are located a half a block from a metro station and could really get ourselves anywhere we wanted in the city. This area is not overrun by tourist, and there are many small little cafés and restaurants to choose from for our evening meal.. This is the second time we stayed here and if we return to Paris, we will definitely book here again.

We liked everything.

The hotel is well-located. The metro and bus stations are within 250 meters. The room was very big with 1 double-bed and 1 single bed and 2 chairs, table. The beds were comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean and well-equipped. The staff were nice and friendly. We arrived very late but we could still check-in and after check out we could leave our luggages there.

The breakfasts could have more options. The scrambled eggs were made from instant eggs and only some sausages were added. There were no any vegetables. Considering the price for 1 nights breakfast including, the breakfast could be more varied.

Excellent location, quiet area on a street close to Montparnasse Blvd, 10min walk from RER B (to/from CdG) 2min from M4 and 5min to M12, 5min to Jardin de Luxembourg the entrance opposite to the main one from Blvd St Michel. Large room, comfortable beds, very clean, bathroom, modernly equipped. Staff speaking quite a good English.

Breakfast in a very narrow space, about the size of a room, buffet in a 8sqm extension, no vegetables nor fresh fruits. Quite busy most of the time, better to come after 10 a.m. to catch a table. The carpet on the floor in the room smelled badly, I guess it must be thoroughly cleaned with detergent, not just simply vacuumed. Ceiling/walls quite thin, noises from neighbors could be easily heard, especially the steps from above.

The location was quite good with many grocery stores around. The staff was really nice.

Due to the ventilation system structure, the air from the toilet is released into the sleeping area in the room, which I did not really mind until one of us answered the nature’s call while the other was resting on the bed 😂. We solved the problem by opening the window. Maybe it’s just my room.

Good location in the heart of the 6th Arrondissement. Just off the major streets, easy walks to the Latin Quarter, food and drink places, galleries and shops. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was typically Parisian-small but okay for our short stay and the bed was comfortable but a little short (I am 182cm or around 6’ - so not unusually tall). There was an elevator to our floor which was a nice change from our previous accommodation in Brittany, where we daily, several times a day, went up and down 6 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor room.

The pillows were too, too soft. Even doubling up made no difference. The water in the bathroom sink took ages to drain after washing or cleaning teeth. But that’s a design issue, not the hotel’s fault.

We enjoyed our stay at this pleasant hotel. It is conveniently located, in a quietish street but near restaurants and bars. There is a good boulangerie nearby too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable . The hotel was a great base for us as we explored Paris: a restful place to return to at the end of the day. Both sit in and take-out continental breakfasts were good.

We were happy with the hotel. The only thing we would have wished for were a few more coffee sachets and milk for our room. The hotel did supply more milk at our request.
