Location Easy access to and from Sapporo Station, approximately 8min walk. Easy access to the airport. Airport shuttle bus stop located in the hotel. Gave a 7 eleven just opposite was a bonus. Staff were very friendly. One of the staff (who helped us with our baggage), kept my daughter entertained while I was checking in. She kind of ensured that my daughter was within sight. Hotel remembered mu request for a baby cot and bathtub. Superb!

Excellent breakfast. I like the choice of buffet breakfast on 1st floor plus 22nd floor set breakfast. Tried both. The 22nd floor set breakfast is Japanese, nice, and have a great view of the city. It is neat but does not offer as much food choices as the buffet. e.g. no choice of fruits, no ice cream, etc. Still, it is a good idea to do that 22nd floor breakfast at least oncve during the stay. Location: not far from Sapporo Station and Daimaru. About 10-15 minutes walk (2 city blocks). However, it is far from the TV Tower area/underground shopping areas if you want to do a lot of shoppings/eatings there. Still, the shops around Sapporo Station offer a lot, in particular Daimaru. My wife was happy shopping just near the Station, and didn't bother to go with me to do the routine sightseeing.

Just 5 mins walk to JR station, Daimaru, Stella Place and the underground mall. The hotel itself is spacious and the rooms comfortable. It even has an indoor pool, although I would have preferred an Onsen/spa. The Airport Bus also comes to the hotel to pick up/drop off passengers so it’s super convenient to get to the airport.

The location is good, where it is not far from JR Station and department stores.

1. The gym and the hot bath are not free of charge for the room guests. 2. Very close to the railway. Some rooms might not be good for the light sleepers.

The family room comes with 4 single beds and 2 bathrooms.

Room is beside the railway so one can hear the train and there is no smart TV.

Friendly staff, they speak english and were very helpful, gave me assistance to send my luggage to Kyoto! I was out most of the time so I couldn't enjoy the facilities, they gave me a room in a high floor with the view of the railway, is an amazing view if you are into trains ! One of the best hotel views I have in my life !

Maybe for people who wanna have fun in susukino is far away, the hotel is mostly for families and business people, they don't have a coin laundry but the staff gave you instructions and a map to find the nearest one, great staff !!

A big "Thank you" to the lady staff member, Horiuchi, who is very approachable and helpful in our request on our last day of departure, Friday, 18th July 2025。 Horiuchi goes beyond and above to do the extra, exceeding expectations。 Comfortable hotel rooms with full facilities and spacious。 Amenities are sufficient with an iron and an ironing board。 Excellent location close to Sapporo Station, restaurants and shops。 The room is spacious with complimentary bottled water。

It would be nice if the hotel had an Onsen。

The buffet breakfast was really fantastic!

Friendly Helpful Staff Convenient location within walking distance to the Sapporo Station where the train stops from the Airport (Bus from Airport actually stops right at the hotel but the timing was not as convenient as us catching the train) 7-Eleven just across the street and Lawson/Family Mart nearby too We also walked to the Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Fish Market and Sapporo Beer Museum (although the beer Museum may be too far for most people to walk) Bus to the ski field has this hotel as a pick up point
