The room we stayed in was quite small, you only had to go in and almost immediately there was a bed) There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom due to the sewage system, presumably, it appeared and then disappeared. The mattress, blankets and pillows were excellent and we slept well that night. The onsen is what we came here for and it is wonderful, moderately hot, you can enjoy it without rushing. Afterwards you can enjoy delicious free ice cream, there are four different flavors. They also give you pajamas in which you can go to the onsen, which is very convenient. There are also bath and shower sets on the reception floor. Great hotel with a wonderful onsen.

The rooms are too small, they were probably the smallest of our entire trip to Japan. The first room was for smokers and was completely saturated with the smell of cigarettes, immediately upon opening the door we were greeted by this aroma. Since we are non-smokers, we asked to change our room to a non-smoking one. Such a room was found but it was more expensive and we had to pay extra. Be careful when booking and choosing rooms, as there are two types, for smokers and non-smokers.

The location is perfect, very quiet area despite it's seemingly central location. Easy access to the Keiyo and Hibiya lines via exit 4 just over the bridge. Very close to konbini for each of the 3 major brands. Definitely walk able with a rolling suitcase to/from Tokyo Station using the central Yaesu exit. To any fan of March Comes in like a Lion, welcome home.

I wish my standard double room had the bed set off to one side like in the images here instead of having two very narrow spaces between the wall on each side of the bed. Likely will either try to get a single room with small double bed next visit or a queen bed.

Location was good in a quiet area, though a little away from attractions. Subway station very close though, so easy to get to most places. Nice cafe across the river if you don't have the hotel breakfast, and fish market 5 mins walk. Really good onsen facilities, I used every night, and loved the free ice-cream etc. Staff were helpful and polite but English was limited to basics and Google.

The rooms are a little old now and could do with a touch up, but on the whole, very comfortable.

We loved everything! The onsen was amazing with 3 different pools as well as a sauna. They even offered free fermented yogurt drinks in the morning and free popsicles in the afternoon after your onsen. Laundry was also free and relatively quick (30min) and the dryer was only 100¥ (20mins). We didn't partake but the hotel also offered free noodles at night and free drinks.

Rooms were a little smaller than western hotels but it was all you needed and everything else more than made up for it. Also there wasn't too much right by the hotel but there was a station within a 5min walk that would bring you anywhere you needed.

Close to Tokyo Station, Ginza-Yurakucho and Tsukiji. I have coffee in my room so don't take breakfast at the hotel. The center shaft of the hotel is open to the elements. Can be a bit cool in winter.

A bit of a restaurant desert on weekends in the immediate area. Recommend Kayabachō Sta. (which has elevators) as opposed to Hatchōbori Sta. (which has a LOT of stairs) for subway travel to the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in a relatively quiet area of Tokyo. The hot baths were excellent and open all night. The breakfast was very good with good variety and choice. The double room was on the small side but nonetheless provided all the required facilities. The staff were helpful. The metro and JR stations were within easy walking distance. The area around the hotel was quiet with a supermarket close-by and some small cafes. Some nice walks to take nearby with the river and various bridges and small streets. Overall the price, while not cheap, was good value for the money spent. A recommended hotel to stay.

The onsite hot spring was very nice, not big but relaxing and had all the amenities we needed. The water was very soothing on a cold winter day.

The rooms were very tiny. It wasn't communicated to us the hours of breakfast and we ended up rushing at the very end. It would have been helpful for frontline staff to inform us the hours when we paid for the breakfast onsite.

Loved the hot spring, used it all 4 nights of my stay. So relaxing. Easy to follow directions of sign on the wall in the entrance to the locker room. Make sure to shower before and after soaking. Liked that an ice cream treat was provided for after the hot spring. Breakfast was great. Loved sashimi, small bowls of various Japanese foods and the "shrimp cutlet". Room was quiet, nice and dark for sleeping. Loved the Toto washlet. If you have never used one, try it, you'll like it. Just Google Toto washlet instructions. Fairly easy to understand how to use it once you understand the pictures.

Rooms were small, but we had one bag and backpack each. Once we got used to it, it was fine.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The Onsen was beautiful with inside and outdoor tubs and had a sauna. We unfortunately missed the free ramen however breakfast was good.

Check in too a little longer than expected, they had us self check in on a computer but was unable to register the passports.
