Close to the airport, clean and welcoming. All staff were helpful especially Dina Ahmed from the main restaurant who was very kind to get me a hot beverage when she knew I had a bad stomach.

Some meals were budgeting-wise and had no varieties but some other meals were good and delicious so if they can add more types of foods like stuffed cabbages, turkey, and mixed grill in the main restaurant would be more enjoyable for the guests. If you also can put toothpaste and brunches for the guests in the rest room would be also appreciated. Making a reservation at some of the other restaurants like the Italian and Jamela was very hard until I made a complaint!!

Wonderful resort to spend your leisure time, very good rooms, joyful aqua park, awesome swimming pools, amazing beach, and verities of nice restaurants, I really would like to thank all front line employees who paid their efforts to make us happy and satisfied during our stay, I have stayed in many resorts in Hurghada before, However this one has a unique charm that has captured my heart, and I plan to return every year. Special thanks to receptionist Merit & the restaurant team Mohamed, Shaaban and all other staff for their outstanding service.

More improvement required in the snack restaurant at the pool e.g. more verities of salad & drinks required.

Wonderful hotel that met all our requirements/whises and more. Excellent management of the hotel (visible that a lot of effort is put into mantianance and attention to detail), tasty food (considering its an all inclusive resort), great staff (with some minor exceptions), very clean, big and very comforatble room and so on and so on. In my view the hotel deserves a much higher grade than 8.9, that it currently has on booking.com. Great for familes and others; a bit of something for everyone. Very highly recommended.

If I can understand that the water park (adults, bigger kids) is open only during certain limited hours (2h in the morning and 2h in the afternoon; I guess for obvious reason), I could not understand why the little tiny baby pool slides only have limited hours of usage; my kid couldnt go on it like at 5pm (in the beginning it never crossed my mind that such a slide can not be used, even if a waterfall of water isnt pooring over it) with the lifeguard sitting on a chair next to it (who told me it is "closed"). If anything this bothered me as we were traveling with 2 small kids and with all the naps, midday sun, fussy moods and so on it was in the end annoying thinking when they can use it and when not.

Very good hotel, clean and well maintained. Hard, really hard working and polite staff (thank you for that). Garden is beautifully maintained. The hotel is big but manageably big. The kids club team is amazing, lovely ladies (thank you). Sea is nice, beach is nice but not much fish. Slides were handy too, great fun. Swim pools are heated, that was great. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Key for the room kept not working so we had to visit reception very often. Finding free beds by swimming pools is a great change, especially if you are a group of people. People were putting towels 'reserving' the beds as early as 7am! Yes, you can ask someone to help finding beds... but not always successful. The wind! of course it has nothing to do with the hotel itself but it's location, I was told that Hurghada is a windy place but till I experienced it myself it was difficult to imagine a 3 days in a raw cold and sandy wind ...

The animation team very lazy i didn't see them appearing except in the night after show the said to us ( thanks for your coming). There is no activity by the animation team. Its not acceptable to use the main restaurant to make special party to who pays extra money. The program party at the night it was very short it just 30 minutes.!!

The hotel is located right by the sea, with excellent access to the airport, aquarium, and shopping mall—it’s in a perfect location. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the gardens are especially well cared for. The reception staff were all kind and gave a thorough explanation of the facilities. I’m grateful to the manager who upgraded us to one of the highest-class rooms. Although it's near the sea, the air isn’t humid, and a pleasant breeze makes for an extremely comfortable stay. In addition to the main restaurant, you can enjoy dinner at around six or seven other restaurants, including those in the neighbouring group hotel. (Reservations are required, and some restaurants have an additional charge.) The water slide is a good size—not too crowded—so we didn’t have to wait long and had a great time. Since the hotel is family-oriented, there were no loud or showy guests, making it a relaxed and unpretentious place to stay. Next time, I’d love to stay for a longer period—especially if the food and drink quality is improved just a little more.

These are just minor things, but I felt they were worth mentioning. The room key card was not very responsive. Even considering the all-inclusive nature of the stay, the quality of the food and alcoholic beverages felt a bit underwhelming (though the desserts were absolutely delicious). The timing and attitude when clearing plates during meals were at times unpleasant. Restaurant reservations cannot be made through the app and must be done via a machine at the reception. Since same-day and next-day reservations are usually fully booked, I recommend planning your dining schedule a few days in advance. The water pressure in the shower was low. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast. There were stains on the room sofa.

The service is excellent..... the team seeks every way to make sure that you are happy, and satisfied to the extra mile that we've extended our stay 2 extra nights. The food is delicious and has lots of varieties that suits all tastes and nationalities; kids and adults. It's our second stay and the food is great 👍 The Sandy Beach ⛱️ that we seak as we adore swimming and the Aqua that our kids enjoy are the main ones. The animation team is taking care of everyone..... they celebrated our 5 years old daughter in extremely attractive way to her starting from the special chocolate cake, balloons, animation team wearing cartoon characters....etc They renovated the rooms and added kids corner and TV in family rooms + bunk beds that the kids adored. So a TV for them and another for us 😉

Nothing in fact...they work on any comment to improve. This year, they got more golf cars to serve our elderly people to transfer them between the beach, rooms and the different restaurants.
