Actually you can see Gibraltar Rock and port from the hotel room. Every room has a balcony.

Wifi is a pain! You cannot do anything, not even receiving a whatsapp call! Cannot open a single page! It is a spoilsport! The hotel needs to improve it.

The hotel has straight view to the Rock of Gibraltar and it’s in front of a nice sea marine! The hotel is only 7 minutes walk to the borders control of Gibraltar! The breakfast is very good!

Hotel is huge, but swimming pool very small. Wifi in the room is very weak. Except of that, the only relevant hotel in La Linea for those who wants to discover for day or two Gibraltar. Border crossing is just 15min away. Hotel was very clean, room big, bed comfortable, just pillow not what I'm used to.. To my request, upon availability, I got requested room on higher (5th) floor with view to Gibraltar Rock. Breakfast room was for 250 guests, but never full, and staff very quick. Always fully stocked with huge variety of food for everyone. Altogether, if you want to visit Gibraltar, that the place. I wouldn't stay here for pool vacation for example as the pool is very small and probably in season, very crowded.

WIFI - in my room on 5th floor the only wifi was near the room door. Otherwise wifi was very weak. Not so convenient, a bit disappointing.

Great location, generous breakfast, and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the bay or Gibraltar. It’s just a 5–10 minute walk to the Gibraltar border checkpoint. The hotel offers a spacious underground parking garage (€12/day), and we appreciated that we were allowed to leave our car there even after check-out at no extra cost while we visited Gibraltar. The room was clean, spacious enough, and had a balcony. Although the hotel shows some signs of age, everything was well-maintained and tidy. There’s also a small pool available for guests. What impressed us the most were the breakfasts – very rich and delicious. Thank you, we truly enjoyed them! The room also had a fridge, water, tea, coffee, and a kettle – a nice touch.

It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on how to access the parking garage. The pool felt a bit too small for a hotel of this size, and it would be great if it were available for use after 8 PM or early in the morning.

Overall, the location was good. It was within walking distance of the beach, local shops, and restaurants. There is a lovely view of the marina and Gibraltar if you are on one of the higher floors. On the lower floors, the view is obscured by neighbouring buildings. Parking is available, which is very convenient but a little pricey. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of choice st breakfast.

It was a little bit noisy, so I didn't like sitting on the balcony. Our room was overlooked by the roof of the building opposite where people were working.

The room was fine. The hotel offered parking in an underground parking (9 Euros per day). The parking garage was secure and only card holder has access. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Hotel restaurant. The meals were buffet style. The price was high for lunch and dinner, for the variety of food. The breakfast was a good value. you could have eggs cooked to your liking or an omelet with, ham, cheese, peppers etc. Juices, coffees, yogurts, cereal etc. The hotel had a nice outdoor pool on the first floor. You needed to use your room towels if you did not have a beach towel. The purpose of our stay was to access Gibraltar without actually staying on Gibraltar. Gibraltar access was a 10-15 minute walk to Gibraltar's passport control. We took the No. 10 bus to the cable car access point. We purchased our tickets at the attraction. We arrived at 9:45AM, no wait. The cable car to the top is a 4-6 minute ride to the top.

After visiting Gibraltar, we returned to the hotel to use the pool, outside temperature high 77 - 85 deg Fahrenheit. One of the guests said that the pool would be closed beginning October 2nd. We were checking out on Oct. 2nd so it would not affect us. But if we were not leaving, I would have been upset.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Gibraltar and found it to be a great value for money. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Parking at €9 was a bonus, providing convenient access to the city. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection to start the day. However, the room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. Additionally, the staff were not the friendliest, which was a slight drawback. Overall, despite these minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable and well-located option in Gibraltar.

The hotel room was huge, and included a fridge which I wasn't expecting. There was a nice big bed and views of the rock of Gibraltar from both the bedroom and living room. Overall the room had a lot of space. It is an older hotel, in a residential area, but the size of the rooms and the views make it feel luxurious. The marina is nice to walk along. There are restaurants nearby they are just somewhat hard to find, so use Yelp or Google to pick a place. I recommend La Nueva Indian Grill!

The elevator took a while, they might want to invest in a second elevator bank.

The hotel has a spectacular view over the rock and the gulf, the room was huge with a big terrace and the parking very useful, they also left us use it after checkout. Great compromise to visit Gibraltar (which in our opinion is not worth the visit at all but that's another story). Nothing nice in the surroundings.

There are some things that need improvement for a four star hotel: details and cleaning of the room, some renovation, but most of all the elevators. They are reeeeally slow and you can spend ten minutes in front of the door hoping to find room for you in the next one.

Clean and tidy hotel with everything I needed. Staff were very polite and helpful. Pool although small wasn't very busy so was adequate. Food from both the buffet and the bar was well cooked, something I would normally be critical of but not here. Room although slightly dated was of a standard size and as expected cleaned daily with fresh towels daily.

There seems to be locals using the pool and sun loungers. Although there were signs around the bar in an attempt to prevent this, nobody was monitoring this. Bit annoying that I as expected paid for these facilities and locals were freely using the facilities free of charge. I would be extremely annoyed if the pool and pool area was busy and found that these free loaders were using an area paid for by guests
