Great location Quiet but close to main attractions. Pretty courtyard to relax in.

Breakfast service was a bit chaotic. Lots of people had to ask for cups, spoons etc which not been laid out. They could also do with a few more tables, as we had to wait to sit down a couple of mornings. Also, we did not appreciate being woken every morning by workmen banging and drilling. It seemed unnecessary for them to start that early!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was excellent and I was able to walk everywhere with ease. The room was cozy, well air conditioned and nice and clean. The reception area was also very nice!

Fantastic location and easy to walk around the old city and discover hidden squares. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were kept really clean. It is a lovely building with pretty courtyards. I would certainly recommend this hotel to visitors to Seville.

The only thing that was a bit surprising and a bit disappointing was that although coffee / tea was available in the communal area these facilities were shut off before 11 am. This means that for those guests not wanting to have breakfast at the hotel (such as ourselves) there was no way to have an early drink before heading out for the day - since there were no facilities in the room either.

I would have preferred coffee in the room rather than in a central location .I was under the impression that I had booked with breakfast included but was told it was not included and had I not received the e mail .Apart from that nothing to dislike

Hotel appeared to be very well run, the staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Our room 129 was located on the ground floor close to the breakfast room. It was clean, comfortable with ample storage and a secure safe for valuables / travel documents. The bed was firm, but comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. good selection of breakfast items and there was a courtyard directly outside our door with ample seating, tables and parasols for shade which was ideal for an afternoon coffee.

Nothing, everything was exactly as advertised on their information pages. It would have been nice to have a bar / restaurant in the evening, but there are ample facilities close by.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights and was absolutely delighted! The hotel is located right in the heart of the historic center — the perfect spot to explore the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The building itself is beautiful, with a charming and peaceful patio where you can relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. My room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, and it was cleaned every day. I truly felt like a valued guest. I would love to come back again!

Excellent location Friendly and helpful staff The hotel is down a back street ,very quiet about a 10 min walk from the start of the main centre. There is a lovely period reception and large light atrium with a fountain. The bedroom was modern with a large comfortable bed.The shower was powerful There was no real view from the room but you would not expect this on the ground floor in the backstreets We did not have a car. There seems to be some parking but you would need to be a confident driver to navigate down the very narrow access roads! The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a lot of useful information.

The breakfast was okish with reasonable quantities of food but e.g. the coffee from the machine was not that great. We found a nearby cafe which was cheaper if you only want a small breakfast and good coffee.

The Hotel is amazing. From the outside, it looks plain, tucked away in a narrow street, but once you get inside the air conditioned lobby, it is exactly as you see in the photos! Bedrooms were spacious, impeccably clean with quality bed linen and clean modern bathroom. Lots of internal and external lounges and patios to enjoy. Buffet breakfast was excellent, with hot food (bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato) and cold continental (meats, cheeses, breads, croisants, fruit, cereal and yoghurt). Hotel was excellently positioned withing old centre and minutes walk to all the sights.

NARROW STREETS....NARROW STREETS...No real parking. This is not the fault of the hotel, this is Seville old centre. There is an underground carpark at the hotel, but it sounded as if it was ideal for small cars, not big estate SUV's. We used disabled blue badge parking just seconds away, which was free, so if you have a blue badge, you can access this.

The hotel is beautiful! I was quite surprised when I arrived, the hotel is lovely. The staff were very helpful in giving tips for tours. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day. I loved that there was free coffee until 11pm every day as well.

The only difficulty with this hotel is finding it. 1st Uber driver was extremely frustrated trying to drop us off after we arrived in Sevilla. The 2nd Uber driver could not even pull up to the hotel, we had to walk a short distance to him. However, this isn't the hotel's fault by any means. The distance to Plaza de Espana or the Triana neighborhood is about 35 minutes of walking. So be prepared for walking if you decide not to do the tour buses.

This is a lovely authentic small hotel in a great location. The rooms are centered around a very pretty courtyard and although it is close to the centre of Seville, it is very quiet. The staff were unfailingly helpful with whatever query we had and the reception desk is manned 24 hours so there is always someone there to assist you. Breakfast is very good value and good quality.

We had no problems at all, except that breakfast sometimes got quite busy and we occasionally had to wait for a table, but we never waited very long, and staff would always ensure you had a coffee if you had to wait.
