Air conditioning was excellent, really needed in this particular time. Accessibility to pool of course, but would prefer a little bit longer than 9pm, but still good bonus. Breakfast was good. Not so much of a savoury options what we would prefer, but fresh fruits, juices with selection of appetizers was good to see. Dinner at the restaurant was great experience. Good location, close to public transport leading to city centre or airport.

Unfortunately, our beds were really uncomfortable, too firm to get good night sleep. Biggest issue what we saw was finding hair around in the bathroom and bidet when we checked in, that gave a feeling, was this room properly cleaned, but we ignored it. Our last breakfast at the hotel unfortunately left a bad taste, as welcome drinks were gone off, day before scramble eggs were with weird pail brown colour and rubbery.

The room was very pleasant, very clean and comfortable, good sized bathroom with shower and bath. Good amount of space to hang clothes etc Excellent breakfast, choice was almost limitless, fruit, cheese, meats, hot and cold food etc etc also good choice for a coeliac Restaurant very good, staff very helpful and knowledgeable re gluten free, special mention to Rosa and Maria

The only downside was the distance from the city centre, nearest metro ten minutes walk away but taxis easy to pick up outside the hotel.

Very big hotel in a quite zone, my room was on the pool direction on 8th floor. No noise from outside could be heard inside. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was my birthday and the staff let some cakes for me with a letter. Very nice surprise and very much appreciated. Never had that at another hotel before. We have parked at the street in the back of the hotel, for free.

The swimming pool was without water. We parked at the street for free but the car suffered vandalism, we had full insurance on it, otherwise be careful. A bit far from the center but the public transport is close and 2,80 for 2 persons to the center. No high speed Internet available without extra cost.

The check in process was very quick. The size of the room was generous. The King Bed was very comfortable, and the restroom facilities were great with both a tub and shower, larger than most hotels. Very close and walkable to restaurants. Try Bollywood restaurant if you want AMAZING Indian food, about a 8 minute walk 👨‍🍳 💋. Ordering thru glovo was so quick too incase you don't want to go out.

Only downside was that the room didn't come with an iron, however all you have to do was call downstairs and the staff would bring it right up. Very fast so not really an issue.

Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection. Staff were very friendly too. Location was circa 25 minutes from the centre - but that i was aware of. its a pleasant easy walk for anyone with a pushchair like we were :)

Was a bit pricy and we had considered staying for the new year's eve dinner - though we thought the price (Euro195 per head and Euro 60 for kids - we have a 3 year old) was excessive, especially since the menu did not really cater for vegetarians (wife is)

Amazing breakfast selection! Very abundant, and varied. Comfy pillows, and clean bedsheets. Bottle of water provided by room service was very much appreciated! Great location too!

The coffee making situation is a bit weird, there are coffee machines, but the staff ask you what coffee you want and make it for you. Sometimes this meant waiting quite a while as it got busy on some days. We were there for a week. Still overall not a major issue.

The room was big with a very comfy bathroom. Beds were really comfortable and the lighting in the room was very warm. Staff was helpful and polite. We appreciated a lot a small gift of cookies.

We had a double room, but we got two single beds that were just put together. This meant that during the night, they would slip apart since both had wheels. I'm not sure if it is the company policy, but there was literally one English speaking channel, but several in German or French. Not a complaint, really but surprising.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the reception lady gave us the best view from the room in higher level. The view was stunning ! Love it! The room was so lovely! The bed was huge and comfortable! Clean and good quality! We made tea and coffee from the mini bar. They had lovely and good quality tea selection, I made my tea from the kettle each morning and night. My boyfriend made coffee each morning from the coffee machine! We had good start in the morning! P.S. I got the candy from the reception each day! ☺️

General speaking, there was nothing I didn’t like. But I found all hotels have soundproof problems in Spain. We heard the noise and people speaking from next door or upper floor or lower floor which we donno where came from. This problem was not just NH hotels, we experienced other 4stars hotel too! Hope this can improve!

The room was spacious and quiet. Good in-room facilities and air cooling. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom (our room had both shower and bathtub). Delicious breakfast with all the necessary food groups and options. Underground parking and helpful staff. It was possible to have an early check in. The small grocery store was just 9 minutes of walk away and the bus stop is next to the hotel.

The pool water was quite chilly, but it was not a big deal since it was hot weather. In the morning around 9.30am during our stay - the shower and sink water in the room’s bathroom was barely the room temperature. The hot water was not working even on the maximum. In the evening before everything was okey and hot water was working. Although it was not a big deal since it was very hot weather so little navy shower was not such an uncomfortable option.

The room size was good, the bath/shower were great. Beds were comfortable. There is quite a wide selection at breakfast. Easy access to public transport including the tram/metro to the city and bus to the airport.

The gym is quite small with some machines out of use when I went. Not a huge issue but to be aware of if you intend to use it. The bathroom/toilet door system is a bit strange, would be better if the toilet was fully separate.
