Not having a Point of sale (POS) terminal: they don't have a card reader for you to insert your card to make the payment like everywhere else. Instead, they take your card info and do some transactions online. My bank rejected the transaction due to security reasons. This caused some issues in completing the payment. Eventually solved 😁, but I still found it weird that they did not have a POS terminal and processing the payment on their portal was the only way to pay (cashless). The water pressure could be better on the top floor (5th). Not an amazing shower pressure but works.

Cleanliness. The little touches in the room- decor, soap dishes, toilet paper thickness, shower was fantastic. The night manager opened the hot tub for us just after close as we were 2 adults that had a long day of watching sports and arrived back at the hotel late. It was perfect and just what we needed.

We weren't impressed with check in. The staff at check-in gave us zero information. Didn't direct us to the elevator to get to our room, nothing about where breakfast would be, where the pool/gym was, wifi- absolutely zero information.

HVAC in rooms difficult to control (temperature would swing from 19⁰C to 26⁰C) The CONSTANT Stream of "Jazz" versions of Classic 1980's Tunes (small thing, but, like nails on a chalkboard listening to Supertramp's "Logical Song" sung by Nadia Straccia)

The place was nice and cool (as in there's an AC). I loved the overall modern feel and bright colours of the hotel. The lounge area was comfortable, and breakfast was amazing, especially the waffles. The room was also comfortable! Loved the hot tub :)

No major complaints - maybe if I were to pick one, then maybe let guests know how to change the temp of the ac. The sliding bathroom door/ storage door could use a lock as well so people who use the washroom has some privacy. In terms of facilities, maybe the pool could use a locker/ changing room. The swimming pool water could also maybe use more chlorine (the water, inevitably, got in my mouth and it wasn't a very good taste...) But otherwise, a good stay :)

Very nice and clean room and spacious too! Excellent front staff very accommodating especially when we told them about our a/c, they came right away and resolve it.very friendly staff at the front..superb breakfast!.. We will surely be back to this hotel!

Nothing!…just some kids that are left unattended by their companions and letting them jump into the pool while some kid was just right there.not safe i must say…

Breakfast good. Was always full. Very clean and well maintained

The temperature in our room was largest problem. Always was 26 degrees despite thermostat being set at 21. We could run the air conditioning to cool it down but if left on, it would cool to 18. Fan mode didn’t maintain room temp either. So it was always a “chase the temp” game, otherwise it was a 26 degree sauna or an arctic refrigerator. My back hurt from bed and I found pillows horrendous…however my family member thought bed was divine and loved the pillows.

The property was very clean and modern with great furniture in the lobby and very comfortable beds in the room. Breakfast was great! Make your own waffle station, yogurts, fruits, eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, oatmeal, toast , juices. Just great ! Staff was very friendly and attended to our issues asap.

Too much chlorine in the pool . Was burning the eyes a lot.

Everything was very good: the location is close to downtown and highway exit, free parking for guests, good breakfast, good size gym, has a swimming pool but our stay was short to use it, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and courteous to help guests. I could not ask for more. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will stay here if we come back to Edmonton again.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wheelchair accessible suit was the best I've stayed in. It allowed me to be completely independent during my stay. We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. We were impressed by the variety that was offered at breakfast.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, shall we say. Food was good, coffee was very good and they did provide a very nice variety.

Housekeeping could’ve been a little bit more efficient with regards to my room. I was there about five days and two of those days. The housekeeper ‘forgot’ to clean my room. I talk with the house supervisor, and it was taken care of. Overall, the building was very, very clean.
