It was a super quiet place, comfortable beds, great breakfast, so much variety. Friendly staff

I’ve been too alot of hotels and motels, cheap and expensive, for a cheaper motel this place is home away from home, I hope the maids are paid well because this is the cleanest motel I’ve been too, all of the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond, the beds are so comfortable they’re like huge pillows, room decor is very nice and the rooms have to be soundproofed because we didn’t hear a thing! not outdated, there is coffee and lemon water on demand in the lobby, outdoor picnic area with a little deck and lots of picnic tables , the breakfast was way over my expectations, my kids loved it, lots of selection there is something for everyone, we all left stuffed lol, the location is close to everything you need, 2 minute drive to get to Walmart, lots of restaurants, Tim hortons, Starbucks, etc. 15 minutes to the Niagara safari and the beach. This is my go to hotel next summer, if you want a budget friendly hotel that makes you feel like you’re at a mini resort, this is the spot!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great, very fresh and lots of options before hitting the road. Staff kept it stocked and did not rush us out, as we got there near end of breakfast hours. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, we would stay here again.

As previous reviews stated, the location was a bit confusing, but there were signs to direct you. At first it seemed like tub wasn't draining, but just had to flip drain disc the other way and all good.

The breakfast was super, the jacuzzi was awesome. It was a great place to go after the concert we went to at the Meridian.

It felt the room was small for 2 girls not enough privacy going in the jacuzzi. The booking.com was wrong on the deposit amount but the girl I had faith in helped accept it once I showed her on my phone the email. It also said we'd have a couch but they said no room for a couch in jacuzzi rooms which was understandable just booking.com advertising is wrong which is frustrating but still worked out.

The location of this hotel was the reason for selecting this place. Its staff were very friendly and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. After a long days drive it was nice to get something to eat and get back to the hotel within a few minutes drive down the main street. We chose a lovely Vietnamese restaurant located in a strip mall. Nothing fancy but authentic food cooked to order.

The breakfast area was a bit small and over crowded but everything was in plastic. I understand the reason but I personally can't stand to see so much plastic waste.

The location is very quiet despite being close to a high-traffic area. It's the only place I've found that offers a complimentary lemon water dispenser and coffee machine in the hall, available to guests at their discretion. Breakfast was included and quite good and varied. The cleanliness was well-maintained, and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. There's also a designated outdoor smoking area. Excellent!

Very roomy bathroom, comfortable bed.

I had the Handicapped room, and the bathroom was enormous. However, the shower chair was inadequate and unsafe. I pushed down on it one way and it was sturdy, pushed down on it a bit differently and it was extremely wobbly. The sheets were lovely, but turned down so low that I couldn't pull them up over my shoulders. Not nice when you are super tired. The water pressure in the shower wad great, but the flexible hose had been attached to the wall so high that it didn't have a long enough length to be used. The breakfast lady was well chosen. Very helpful. All in all it was a great room.

Very nice hotel, a pleasant surprise. Our room was large and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. We slept like logs. Breakfast was good, plentiful hot and cold choices. The staff were excellent - friendly, always smiling and helpful. We would stay here again.

The location is a bit odd - down a side road, I thought the GPS was leading me the wrong way. However, it was close to everything we needed, just tucked away.

Breakfast was excellent. I had the breakfast sandwich both mornings and green tea. I am not a coffee drinker or a black tea person so having the green tea available was much appreciated. Norm mixed it up and he appreciated the fresh fruit. Staff were friendly yet professional. Will return shortly as Norm’s brother is very unwell and the hotel is well located for us.

Bathroom was small but functional. Second morning some guests were loud in the hallway at 6:30 am. Banging doors and speaking loudly but this can happen anywhere.

Comfort Inn at Fort Erie, ON, is a charming small hotel perfect for a stopover or visiting Niagara Falls. We enjoyed a quiet and pleasant 2-night stay. Located close to the falls, it’s a budget-friendly option. The rooms are clean, and check-in/out is quick and friendly. Plus, it’s dog-friendly with a welcoming staff who spoiled our dog with treats. A pleasure to stay!
