After we checked out at 11 at 1:30. They tried to charge my credit card 200.00 for some damages Went back to talk and look at the damage. We looked at so called damage To me it looks like the whole panel with the light just lifts off. As it was just on the floor standing up. I put the panel back on the border and it stayed in place When I went back to the front desk and showed the picture I took. She said oh. You just put it back up. I said to me this sounds like a scam I was then told to watch what I say. I was then informed that I will be on the do not rent to list. In the last 5 years we have been stayed there 10 times at least. Never had a problem.

Were there for a dog show. Animal friendly. Close to waterfront for nice leisurely morning and evening walks. Close access to highway to get where we needed to go. Breakfast was good variety and satisfying.

Carpeted floors. I wish all hotels would get rid of them. I know it’s to help drown out sound, but I find it cleaner. Had expressed a desire for first floor room through the booking.com messaging app. Hotel did not receive request. Recommend contacting on phone to clarify that you’re travelling with animals and wants first floor.

Very nice Hotel, clean and well taken care. Convenient in case you want to spend a day at the Niagara Falls and the day after have a flight or want to visit the safari zoo.

Breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice but the waffles were good. The only thing I didn’t like was that all the cutlery and cups and dishes were single use. Compostable single use but still not the most pleasant one.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, easy on and off the highway...for us, it was adjacent to the home of relatives that we were visiting. The breakfast provided was as advertised, with both hot and healthy choices offered. The only downside was that the pool was closed, but it was not much of a downside at all for us given the purpose of our stay. We will happily stay again I'm sure.

The breakfast was more than we expected. However some bagels or rolls would have been nice. The available coffee and tea was a nice surprise and the fridge and microwave were great. Many options nearby for good meals. Loved the king sized bed. Washroom small but good water pressure and lovely shower.

There was nowhere to put our clothes. We booked for 2 weeks and had to live out of our suitcases.

The building appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet & well supplied with tea & coffee. There was a good selection of hot & cold food at the breakfast buffet. Best of all was the friendly, helpful staff.

Everything was very smooth! From check in to check out and everything in between! The facilities were very clean and spotless! The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with answered any questions we had! I will definitely be returning to this location!

Location is great. We stay here 3 to 4 times a year. Breakfast is always good. You can't beat sausage and waffles. The young lady at the desk in the evening (long hair) was helpful and cheerful.

There was hair (not ours) in the bathtub. The drain stopper didn't work in the bathroom sink. The hallway to our room could have used a good scrubbing. There was a definite smell of Marijuana in the hallway, again, not me!

The location was great - very central and convenient to get to. We didn't get a chance to enjoy breakfast but coffee and water in the lobby was very nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable,

The location was great, with a short walk to the lake and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

The breakfast area seemed a bit short staffed.
