Hotel is very good with excellent location for me

The only disadvantage the noise outside the hotel, seems the room glass not fully isolated. Every night bikers with their noisy exhausts are disturbing our sleeping

The hotel accommodated our request of having both rooms next to each other, they were interconnecting. The staff were very courteous and always welcoming. The pool and outside area was great for kids and very clean. My only negative was the floor’s weren’t very clean on our arrival to our rooms, we actually found a pill on the floor which was not good. Other than that, location is ok, you do have to walk a fair bit if you want to visit a coffee shop but the train station is close. All in all a good stay 😀

Not much i didn’t like, i would have maybe liked for us to share the one room as a family with two children under 16 as we could have definitely fitted two spare beds in the room.

I love the property and have stayed here before. It’s amazing good and good food.

I wanted to have dinner, @la Carte Saturday. I was told, it was not possible to eat a la carte only via buffet. I explained the young lady, that I was a single person and can’t eat a full buffet. Then, I went to the desk to ask for more clarification. Same answer. I was directed to call Room Service. Room Service did not answer the phone. In my frustration, I asked my new friend at the Bar, he offered me a full menu a la carte, no problem. I took all my meals at the Bar. Was happy, could have a glass wine. In a Five Star Hotel, this restriction is not passable. At a Five Star Hotel, you can ask for a life Elephant, providing the guest pays for it. I have worked in many hotels in the past.and we had the had the outrageous requests, the Guest is still King. He pays the tab.

Love the location ( I can walk to nearest restaurant either for breakfast or dinner, I can walk to Twin Towers, near MRT Bukit Nanas and Dang Wangi make it more easy to travel around KL, or can ride Hop On Hop Off Bus near MATIC - Malaysia Tourism Center) love the room ( I got the room that have a view The room is spacious, Clean, and the room service always check, in the afternoon, if there is anything the guess required such as drink, amenities, towel, etc to be refill. Don't worry about noise there is soft ear plug, that can be use when you sleep at night) Easy Check in and Check Out, and all the people in reservation always helpful and smile

Very nice hotel. Warm welcome given by the friendly hotel staffs. Big swimming pool with playground. The only setbacks is lack of seats around the pool area. Kids do love playing in the pool. Playground suitable for younger children. Clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did a very good job in keeping our room neat, clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb. Wide range of variety. Overall a very well recommended hotel especially for those family with kids.

closely located to the monorail. great variety of choices for the breakfast spread and all really delicious. swimming pool very kid friendly with slides for kids and playground. room was really comfortable and nice view of the kl tower.

as much as the hotel is kid-friendly, the pool staffs and at the hotel lobby were not that good in handling kids. kids are bound to be moving here and there from being excited and sometimes tend to run for a mere second. parents are there to remind the kids. getting reprimanded for the slightest by hotel staffs isnt a great experience for them. but yes understand its for the safety. could maybe tone down the authoritative nature of it.

Hotel is in a great location within 10 mins walking distance from Suria KLCC. Bukit Nenas monorail station is just across the road if you want to head towards Bukit Bintang instead which is 2 stops away. We got the Bay Room which offered ample space for the family and I during our stay. The swimming pool and play area was definitely the main draw for kids and grown ups alike! The staff were extremely courteous and more than happy to tend to your requirements. The restaurant was fantastic. We went for their famous seafood buffet which was very good value! We were so glad we opted for it!

Hotel was relatively new so gym facilities were still not fully set up yet. Main road in front of the hotel can get noisy sometimes and the windows were not fully soundproof despite being on the 17th floor.

Love the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful, especially, Wan Hoe. He was nice and helpful when I told him I was charged with extra charges for the parking. He immediately help me settle the issue. Whereas for the breakfast, I love the food at Evolution cafe, it is really authentic Malaysian food. Swimming pool wise, it was crowded on Sat, which is expected but generally it was ok because the kids enjoyed it. Same for the playground. Location of the hotel is very near to the monorail. Also, to go KLCC, it was just like 5-10min walk and it has a proper pathway for pedestrian. Definitely is a highly recommended hotel for all the travellers. Keep up the good work!

gym room and kids playroom. Understand they are both under renovation but I feel they are just a 4star hotel due to lacking of basic amenities for traveller as well as family travel with young children.

We got the connecting rooms that we requested during booking process. We could directly saw the pools from our room locations, therefore we had a wonderful experience. All the staffs are polite and accommodating to us. They even offered us free drink coupons as we need to wait longer for our room to be ready.

Long check-in process, we had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. Of course, we understood that it was school holiday period, therefore it was exceptionally crowded that day and tight overturn schedule for the room to be cleaned. Our main aim to stay there were the pools. It would be nice if the check-in staff can inform us in advanced that although we have yet to get our room, we can access the pool first while waiting for our room to be ready. It was not the case for us during that day :(
