It would be great if there were a bottle of water in the room. Coffee is nice, but a bottle of water would be even better.

The hotel is one bus stop away from the airport. I traveled to see a concert in the Ziggo Dome and there's a direct bus from this hotel to the dome, it takes you there in about 40 minutes and is less expensive that hotels close the center or to the dome, especially for a high demand show. To get to the center it's easy to make one stop by bus back to the airport and take the train to amsterdam centraal in about 20 minutes. The staff was very kind and helpful, they even offered me free breakfast for my birthday.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable. Note that if you're coming back after midnight, it might be a bit complicated to find a bus and you might have to get a taxi or an uber. The decoration of the place might not be to everyone's taste either, it is kind of industrial and have an "unfinished" look to it which I'm not a big fan of, but again, it was indicated in the reservation, so no problem.

The location was great, the room was a nice size and I enjoy the lobby.

Sometimes, being someone who is working late nights or still on another time zone, I found it a little hard to not be able to have a coffee option after hours. We noticed the machine shut down to make coffee at a certain time but that was the only limited aspect that we sometimes would leave for the airport to get a hot cup made and return back to the lobby to work. We like that the lobby stays lit up and active all night but there is just no drink or food staffing to match the vibe so a lot of people mistake the lobby for being more "open" for things but find out later that it's not.

It was clean and the rooms were quite spacious.

The bathroom and shower doors were made of opaque glass, but you could clearly see that somebody was in there and that's a bit embarrassing when traveling with roommates. I have also never been in a hotel where the staff suggested I take a bus and then a tram to get to town just to mail postcards. I ended up sending them through the nice hotel next-door.

Awesome location, the bus station is right outside the hotel which connects you to the Airport, Haarlem and Hoofddorp. The hotel was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Cozy ambiance in the lobby lounge. Easy access to the airport. Would recommend for those looking to save a bit of money as accommodations in Amsterdam are quite pricy.

The hotel staff were mostly friend bar one or two staff who were not overly warm. One morning our beds were not made (not a big deal, still absolutely loved our stay and will stay here again).

The location was good, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The staff were nice, especially the lady who checked us in. She was really helpful, I can't remember her name.

I didn't like the fact that there was no mini fridge in the room. Also, there were no sachets coffee. Not everyone knows how to use that coffee machine in the room and the sachets milk was not enough. If there was a mini fridge, I would have bought fresh milk.

Great stay nice hotel.

Staff were not on it. Had to wait at the bar while a member of staff got drinks for the kitchen staff and then stood and spoke to them while her colleague was rushed off her feet. Breakfast- items not available as they were not cooking any more although we were in 30mins before breakfast closed. Good stay spoiled by slightly bad service.

The windows couldn’t be opened, And no view from our room.. And our room wasn’t cleaned! No clean towels en bed after 1 day , the staff kindly gave us new towels and night . We found out the next morning that the cleaning crew lied to the staff that we had out the no- cleaning sign on the door , which is absolutely not true! That kind of gave a negative feeling , but apart from that , it was a lovely room, very quiet and very good bed, Friendly staff at the reception

Good value for money. Simple check in and super friendly staff. The dinner selection was uncomplicated and well presented -- delicious. We slept well and enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom the following morning. Looking forward to our next stay!

The lighting in the room is inefficient for the easy/quick application of makeup. We would suggest the hotel to add side lighting to either the bathroom mirror or the large mirror in the main room.

The room was so clean and nice and bigger than I thought. Bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable. you can also connect YouTube from your phone to the TV. Which is a nice, I really liked that the shower and toilet are separated, making it convenient for two people to use them simultaneously if needed. You can easy to take bus number 397 to the airport or Amsterdam. The bus stop near the hotel offers service throughout the day, so there’s no need to worry even if you’re traveling at night. 👍🏻👍🏻
