We came already the third time and it was amazing as always...this is how ALL hotels should be but sadly aren't. Friendly and swift check-in, clean and new rooms, comfy not too soft bed, smart indirect lighting, fair parking price (13 Euro/night), room card can be used for getting in/out of parking and can be left in a dedicated box when checking out and no reception check-out needed, 10-15 minutes to city center by car, subway is a few minutes by walk, cooled beverage counter with beers, cider and softdrinks near reception, Gluten-free bread option on demand (Even Schär, the best brand!!), breakfast buffet has many and options and overall outstanding quality if compared to other hotels even in higher price category.

The shower water temperature was during all 3 days not constant - please fix that until next time;)

Our stay was truly exceptional. The staff were polite, attentive, and always available to accommodate any request. The rooms exceeded our expectations for a short stay; impeccably clean, well-maintained, and styled with the most charming modern pink aesthetic. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious buffet-style breakfast that kept us full and energized for the day ahead.The hotel is also very easily accessible by public transport, making it super convenient to get around the city without any hassle. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for couples, students, or even siblings looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.

While this wasn’t an issue for us personally, it’s worth noting that the immediate surroundings of the hotel are fairly quiet and not equipped with many restaurants or family-friendly entertainment options. Since the hotel doesn’t have a full-service restaurant, guests may need to travel to the center for meals — which might feel inconvenient after a long day out. Guests can opt for a quick pit stop at the Mcdonald's in front of the hotel or the 24/7 convenience store adjacent if needed.

The hotel receptionest and all staffs are very nice , smily and helpfull , reception and restaurants and lobby are wonderfull, rooms and bath are very clean and furnitures are new, only negative point is there is no refrigarator and kettle in room. We asked reception and they sent kettle within 5 minutes . Thank you very much for all holiday inn the niu loco staff - i will stay this otel again if i come munich I advice everyone to try this otel . Perfect otel !!

No refrigarator in room but it is acceptable may be in summer it needs not so big problem

No restaurants nearby, but you can order drinks and pizza in the hotel lobby The shower is very small It would be nice to have a kettle and refrigerator in the room

The breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh ingredients and proper service. Nothing too much, but again everything is there. A very well organized garage with an acceptable price. The hotel is neat and clean, the beds are a little softer but good. A very good business hotel with an acceptable price.

Colors in hotel room and disco ball with worn out bearings. Dark red colors made room smaller than actually was. Not even one hook in bathroom, there was not place to hang anything (towels p.e.) View from hotel room was not representative.

It’s not my first time there. It’s cosy and the highlight for us was the soccer table 😊 Very friendly staff and the hotel has a very special atmosphere

One morning the cleaning staff banged one door after the other to check the rooms….luckily we were awake already but it was quite annoying. Breakfast is too pricy therefore we didn’t take it. Problem is there’s no coffee shop nearby…. Also no fridge in the rooms which is a pity especially if one stays for a longer period of time….

In short, a small but comfortable and clean room for a couple of nights. The shower is quite small, but if your acrobatics allow, then it's not a problem. Breakfast was delicious. There could have been more choice of salads/vegetables.

One of the interior shower handles was missing. There aren't many restaurants around. If you want a wider selection, you'll have to head further into the center.

Hotel staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the guy on the reception, Gottfred. Breakfast is fantastic for its price, maybe a bit more if you ask me. Also the morning staff are very friendly and you are more than welcome to ask them for help. The idea of disco balls in rooms and built-in dynamics is great.

Rooms are a bit too small, I understand that the hotel is budget-friendly, but still, there literally just enough space to lay down and that's it. Also it gets very dusty real fast and sometimes housekeeping wont clean the dust off when tidying the room. AC is a bit noisy, so for those who love to sleep with AC on, will be kind of a problem.

Great hotel! Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Park & Ride parking lot, which costs only €2 per day, near a metro station with a direct line to the city center in just 15 minutes. The room is very warm, even hot. The staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable. Cleanliness is top-notch! Disco ball in the room, a very interesting find!

The whole hotel is not just a hotel - is an extraordinary experience :D the disco balls, the cozy rooms, parking underneath, the staff, breakfasts full of options with fresh pancakes and selection of basically everything you wouldn’t think you need for a breakfast, helpfulness, location (near to metro and bus station, near to highway - it all makes it really worth it! More than expected for this price. Perfect for short and longer stay (short vacation and city break). Thanks for everything and will it definitely be number one go to when we visit Munich next time.
