The outdoor restaurant had an amazing view. The breakfast was very good and the on demand omlette was simply too delicious. The restaurant manager was kind enough to send part of the breakfast to our room as our toddler was unable to make it to the breakfast within the stipulated time. the bed was comfortable - and so were the extra mattresses. room was clean - averagely spacious and the bathroom shower area was superb. The property has a roof top pool - which would be a stunning experience if we stayed during summers. The top floor has a well equipped gym with a full time trainer - and a very pleasant mini pool table if you fancy a game or two.

since we stayed in the Presidential suite, the charges were high but the room was not as spacious and luxurious as one might expect. parking space is constrained and so is the entrance area for cars (especially if you have a full size SUV).

Everything was perfect. Guest Relations Officer Ms. Eiza Ishtiaq was consistently attentive and proactive in addressing any concerns to ensure a wonderful and peaceful stay.

The room was very hot when we entered the room. AC wasn't switched on earlier. The muslim shower had dangersly high pressure.

Eiza Ishtiaq - Guest relation officer is incredible. Her customer service is second to none. She is so friendly and regularly checked in to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel made us feel very welcomed. Excellent house keeping, very clean and lovely hotel. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Every brand is at a walking distance which is great and the hotel is in a central location which makes accessing brands so easy. Will definitely be staying here again with family!

I liked everything, nothing to fault. It might be worth considering a ladies only time for the pool as it would be nice to enjoy it without any males around.

I stayed at the Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg in December 2024 and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The welcoming atmosphere, stunning decor, and impeccable service made for a truly memorable stay. Check-In Process: The check-in process was swift and seamless. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and offered a refreshing welcome drink while I waited for my room key. I truly appreciated how efficient and friendly the reception team was. Room: My room was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. Spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, and the pillows were perfectly fluffy. The large windows offered a beautiful view of the city skyline, adding to the overall ambiance. The room was also immaculately clean, and had a thoughtful array of amenities that made the experience even more special. Ahsan on the seventh floor, was also very efficient with daily housekeeping Facilities: The hotel boasts impressive facilities. I had the chance to visit the rooftop pool, which had breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Dining: The in-house restaurant exceeded my expectations. I had breakfast every morning, which featured a generous buffet with a wide variety of fresh fruits, hot dishes, parantas, naan, chana curry, and a made-to-order omelette station. Saqib served us daily and his service was excellent, he was very courteous and polite and went that extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Bilal in Sunset Cafe was also amazing. I also dined for dinner one night, and the food was spectacular. The menu offered a blend of international and local cuisines, and the attention to detail in both presentation and flavour was remarkable. Service: Without a doubt, the service at The Best Western Premier was outstanding.

The gym lacked many machines, such as a smith machine and had a limited amount of free weights. Also it would have been nice if they had been some water bottles available for gym users.

Stayed here before, repeating because we just love almost everything about it. We did not like the first room they gave us because there was no view. Very happy that they changed it for us quickly. Thank you. Love all the facilities- the gym was a bit small, snooker was nice, swimming pool size just okay. Breakfast spread was good, the lassi was superb! All dishes were delicious, but of course a bit spicy, and I had tummy ache earlier. Would be good to have one or two bland dishes.

A bit difficult to walk in the area, the hotel is located at a busy intersection. A car/e-hailing is a must.

The best thing was the Buffet Breakfast! It was definitely the best by any standards, and I travel around the world for my Oil and Gas domain work. Sunset cafe a la carte food was also very well prepared and tasty, unlike most hotel meals! The staff was very courteous, and the location was excellent, with Liberty market within walking distance and abundant transport always available .

Although the booking was for a City View room, it took a lot discussion and persuasion to get that! This was the second consecutive time at this hotel for me, last time I did not insist and ended up with room where room opened right in front of a brick wall, with fresh light coming in! The hotel management definitely needs to fix this situation and understand that when guest reaches the hotel after a long travel, this is not the way to greet him! They should make sure to keep their commitment!
