This hotel is stunning! The staff were amazing and super accommodating. The hotel smelled like a spa everyday all day. Speaking of SPA!! I got the most amazing full body massage at the Spa located inside the hotel. The room was comfortable and pretty. I stayed here for my 40th bday celebration and the hotel staff did an amazing job coordinating my bday surprise in the room where I was greeted with flowered, wine, balloons, and a sweet note from both Hubby and the Hotel.

I didn’t realize it was so far from the main attractions and taxis are the main form of transportation oppose to the bus and the train. The hotel is located on a hill which isn’t super convenient when it’s hot (walking), but the staff were really accommodating when it came to getting me a taxi daily. That made up for the distance for sure as a foreigner solo traveling.

A pleasure to walk into that lobby everyday. Smells fresh, looks hip and design oriented. Loved the district it was in. Within 1.5km of the hotel, you have some amazing food, bars, clubs and high end shopping. The gym is FANTASTIC!! Fully equipped like a standard gym and with all the newest machinery. The indoor pool is also beautiful. The rooftop is great and the bar there has some absolutely fantastic drinks.

The room was small, but not TOOO small. The 22sqm was just comfortable for two adults. You also have to pay extra to use the sauna, but the sauna facilities and the toiletries available are exceptional, so it’s actually well worth it.

Very comfortable and chic hotel in a mostly central location in Seoul! Staff was very kind and helpful without being overbearing. Liked the basement arcade that has a bodega and some shops. Nice rooftop bar, restaurant options and outdoor pool.

It was somewhat unclear where the lobby was upon arrival (it's on the 2nd floor). I found the amenities a bit confusing, there is a gym that offers complimentary use of the equipment room and the swimming pool, but the sauna, golf simulator and outdoor pool are not complimentary. There is also something slightly off about the elevators, they are very slow and sometimes don't immediately take you to the floor.

Fabulous hotel. The room was so comfortable and the products provided were exceptional. The staff were attentive and welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful! A treat to wake up to each day. The hotel is also in a great district with lots of places to eat close by, including vegan options! Just to note - the nearest metro stop is about ten minutes walk on an uphill path. Not a problem for us but might be worth noting if you have any mobility issues.

Everything was perfect!

Right from when we entered, we love the customer service provided by the doormen, the receptionist & Manager James Kim. The hotel had a beautiful contemporary artwork upon entrance. The room felt luxurious with extra amenities that were high tech. The view from our room were splendid. CU Mart & Coffee Bean, few of the popular ones were situated right in the hotel, whereas Starbucks is just a short distance away from the hotel. There's a busstop directly infront of the hotel that brings us through the neighbourhood of Itaewon. There's another busstop, a short walk away from the hotel, that'll bring us to Myeongdong.

Wished we had more Halal food options esp in CU Mart & in the hotel, but that's a minute detail.

Visually and in terms of music (played in every facility: from the bars, through elevators, to the gym) and scent it was top. It's a high standard hotel. The concierge was also helpful in communicating in Korean with vendors.

Localisation is not optimal, not many restaurant options around and it's far from metro. The experience was not consistent - house keeping sometimes provided too few towels, in other days too many. Sometimes the soap was replaced (unnecessary) after just one use. The bed sheets were damaged (a thumb size hole). Hall next to the elevators on my flor (11) was very dirty for a few days. Finally, the a'la carte breakfast experience was poor - as a carnivore person I had to fight for extra eggs (they allow only for 2-egg omlet for instance) and I was successful only in 2/8 times. One time agreed to pay 5000 WON per extra egg which was super annoying. High standard hotel with low standard breakfast service.

We did not eat the breakfast in the hotel restaurant except for the first day when we ordered toast and coffee (we did not want the buffet). We were shocked at the price which was about $30 Canadian each! For the other days, we ate at the coffee shop on the main floor which was more reasonable. We loved the bath amenities, especially the body lotion - thank you so much!

It was not easy to access the rooftop bar as only one elevator seemed to take you there and it often was not working.

Loved it! Best hotel experience on our tour so far. Very modern but still works. Clean as a whistle. Fantastic staff with great attitudes. Would stay again.

Bath. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable design ever! Outside pool nowhere near finished for the summer season yet (May 1 2024) Limited room service menu, especially desserts. And would be amazing if the Mondrian started a trend for no or low alcohol beer. Slow lifts! Roof top terrace is strangely laid out with the Perrier Joulet branding right where the sun sets and surprisingly uncomfortable chairs.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar! It had a great view and wonderful cocktails.

It was a bit surprising and disappointing to learn upon arrival that there was a (hefty) additional fee to use the outdoor pool. That wasn't super clear before booking.
