Reasonably priced, free shuttle service to get you the haram.

Impossible to get shuttle back. First, you need to find the bus, which is a good 20 min walk from haram; secondly, good luck finding space on it after prayers. It was cheap but wasn’t worth it because it was too far away. We couldn’t do another Umrah or eat in peace as we were rushed all the time.

The city views, clean rooms,parking availability and great breakfast buffet really elevated my stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Makkah Aziziah. The location is excellent, right in Azizia, next to the main Masjid al-Haram road, just opposite a mosque, and very close to the Makkah bus stop – extremely convenient. One of the best features was the hourly shuttle bus service to Masjid al-Haram, which made going for prayers very easy and stress-free. The hotel is affordable and offers great value for money. Daily housekeeping was on point – with bedsheets and towels changed every day. I also appreciated the respect for privacy – no one disturbed me when I turned on the “Do Not Disturb” sign. There are two restaurants in the hotel, providing good food options. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was very helpful throughout my stay.

Everything. the room and facilities were good. The staff and workers are very helpful and polite. We were a family of four, including my elderly mother. Shuttle to haram was helpful. the taxi to Haram is 10-15rihal. Lots of South Asian food available.Highly recommend

Excellent location. Free bus service provided from hotel till haram (Bus drops near safa marwa side) Everything available at walking distance. The staff was excellent. Nice restaurant and mosque inside the hotel. No parking issues. Excellent facilities provided in the room.

Hotel and its restaurant does not heat the food. It is not in their policy. There is no microwave either in the room. So if you are carrying food and you want to heat it for eating, the hotel will not help. Electric kettle was provided though. The hotel has some door lock issues. You have to go most of the time to the counter to activate the keycard. For 3 days stay i went 5-6 times. They need to check and repair if there is any issue. I see other people also complaining the same.

The rooms were good and clean. Looks like a new hotel. Only the distance from hotel to Haram is far. Sometimes there were traffic on the way which takes a lot of time to reach the shuttle on time to Haram.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the room service was excellent. Overall, a great stay!

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Haram, but the bus drops passengers near the Al Salam Gate. The walking distance from this drop-off point to the Haram is quite long and not suitable for elderly people or ladies. By the time we reached the Haram, we were already exhausted before starting Umrah. It would be much better if the shuttle dropped passengers closer to the Clock Tower side for easier access.
