The hotel's proximity to Northern Arizona University was excellent for me as I was attending a week-long conference at the university. Their outdoor seating area with the firepit was very nicely done and given that Flagstaff has its own climate, different from the heat of the rest of Arizona, was very comfortable. I ate at the bistro four times, twice for breakfast and twice for dinner apps. Everything I had was good, but I wouldn't have minded more choices.

The climate system in the room was somewhat noisy. That combined with a single, thick comforter made it difficult to get fully comfortable at night.

Multiple EV chargers (for Tesla) in parking lot so could charge overnight. Excellent customer service at check in. Ordered delicious salads in bar area and easily took up to clean and quiet room with a sliding door for a mountain breeze. Great location near NAU.

Dislike you have to be a Marriott member (even though it’s free) to get onto wifi.

The $6 a day for parking your vehicle on their property!!! No complimentary coffee in the lobby! We were told we had to purchase it from the Bistro, but the Bistro wasn't open when we needed it. The coffee in the was was awful! Couldn't drink it! Both sidewalks down to the restaurants not lighted at night. Some of the safety rails were missing.

The staff greeted us as soon as we entered and we felt so welcome. The room was exceptional, with the great views to San Francisco Peaks. Even though the swimming pool was not as big, it was a great addition to our relaxation in this hotel ❤️ Thank you for your hospitality!

We really liked the patio. The location is very good. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and enjoyed both. Very helpful and friendly staff

If you go out the back of the patio, it is difficult to get back on to the property. Some notice to that effect would be helpful.

The food is worse than dreadful I have stayed at Marriotts world wide and the food is usually very good this place doesn’t get it you couldn’t cut the egg in a breakfast sandwich with garden shears I have stayed here many times and it is always the same

Room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet on our floor. Staff was welcoming.

There was a strong fragrance in the lobby. It was an air freshener of some sort. I'm sure many people enjoy it for me it was a bit much.

The room was clean and comfortable plus we had the courtyard level room which opens to a nice fire pit..very cozy.

They won't let you unplug the hdmi cable from the TV, so we couldn't operate our Wii gaming system.

Should have included breakfast, even less expensive hotel chains have a free breakfast.

Had to pay for parking? Why? there was no valet, large parking lot, no need to charge for parking.

Clean, indoor pool, laundry room, near many restaurants.

Paying for parking. I’ve stayed at another Marriot Courtyard before and never had to pay for parking. Also, there was a family with kids upstairs and they kept running around late at night and early morning.
