Beach property was very nice and easy to access from multiple points. The hotel is very beautiful and very big. Our room was spacious and clean

Everything was very expensive which is understood as a Hilton stay, but self parking yourself for $30+ a night not on property but in the lot across the street with a very long crosswalk light and unsafe intersection to begin with was pretty ridiculous to start. Valet is available but filled up very quickly. The room fee hold is expected but $75 a night. WiFi is not included free with your stay which is crazy to me. They push being a Hilton member to receive benefits but shouldn’t be required for something as little as wifi. It’s the Hilton!

I like the location of the hotel. The convenience of having the restaurants in the hotel.

There use to be direct beach access in front of the hotel. They still have not rebuilt or put temporary stairs for access to the beach. You have to walk all the way to the pier to get to the beach. When I get beach front hotels I like to have access to the beach, that is why the hotels charge more vs the ones that have no access. That is the point of geting a beach front hotel. Self parking is across the street, still have to pay $32 a day. It's a little steep for a parking lot that is busted up and no shade. They share the lot with the public so it can fill up quickly also.

We had an amazing time. We loved the room. Our view was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and upbeat! Love them. The food at the pool bar was outstanding. I read some previous reviews and was so nervous we were not going to have a good experience but it was perfect. The pool was very nice as well. You can order your food right at your lounge chair! Umm yes!! We stayed in the south tower. The only downfall was the elevators. 2 were only working . We stayed in the 8th floor so we took stairs but hey its exercise and it was only for a half day. Then the elevators were pretty available. The room itself is older but who cares . Beds are comfy. 5 stars here

We were driving back home, after a week at Disney, 2 adults 4 kids. We had a long drive to head back to PA. An hour into our drive,My husband got sick and couldnt be in the car..so at random I looked up hotels on booking.com, that kept us on route towards home. Daytona area came up, and this hotel was suggested. The price rate was a steal, esp being an unexpected stop. It was such a cheap price, that I actually worried it'd be a scam, or just not good. I booked it, began reading reviews and became even more nervous. Upon arriving, I went to check in and joked to the man about being nervous and explaining our situation( I wish I could remember his name..he was tall, with glasses and super friendly and accommodating). He reassured me. And even changed the location of my room to an ocean view room near the pool on the 5th floor. As he said it would be easier to take the kids to the pool, not having to worry about elevators ,etc. I did not expect to get what we got. We had a breathtaking view of the ocean . We could look off the balcony and see the beetles tribute concert ..we looked straight at the ocean and had direct visual of sunset/sunrise. Being that this was unplanned, and the kids were tired and the husband was sick..it ended up being a great core memory for my family to remember. As my husband slept off how he was feeling, I was able to take my kids swimming.. then head to the pier and walk down ..we took in the views , got pizza and Joe's crab shack which both were in walking distance..and just made the best out of our unexpected situation. I actually would have loved another day there but unfortunately we needed to head back home and continue on our 16 hour drive ! I would highly recommend the stay,and I'd stay again given the opportunity. Yes as reviews before have stated , the room is a tad out dated..but it made up for it in other ways. Like the view, hands down made it worth it. Beds were comfortable and no issues. Location Phenomenal

They gave us cold water bottles on arrival and the room had plenty of towels. They also had a great towel system for the pools outside. Didn't get to use the gym on site but it was clean and had great equipment like peloton bikes.

There was a few colleges celebrating semi formal or something and a sports tournament going on which made the place filled with young teens/ adults which was a surprise to both the staff and people staying there and they hogged the pool for most of the time but not the staffs or hotels fault by any means. Just some notice or a heads up would have been nice but all else was great!

The valet parking , staff ,Resturant and hotel itself was everything we were looking for. The pavilion with live bands, entertainment and fireworks on Saturday nights was the icing on the cake so to speak. It was excellent!

Our least favorite thing for us was our ocean front view room didn’t have a balcony with chairs that u could go sit out on and enjoy the view . However it did have a door u could open and take 1 step out to handrail of the balcony and it was still very beautiful. We could see everything great, ocean, live entertainment and fireworks!!

We only stayed one night, but everything was great. The valets were quick, and check-in associates were welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early and were offered an upgrade or to hold our luggage. I chose the upgrade to an oceanside room and am glad I did. The view and ocean sounds were spectacular. We had a double queen room with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The rooms are spacious yet a little dated, but overall, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and clean. They have feather pillows, so we requested different ones, and they quickly sent them up. There is off-site parking just across the street or valet parking. Lots of places within walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderful short stay and would definitely stay again.

Good location and ocean front room was great

Bar man was bad. When he gave me my cocktail. He did see something in my drink but later while drinking I realized it was hair. But he knew it but he didn’t throw it and gave it to me knowingly and I had tipped him 5$ for a drink which costed 20$. But still he didn’t had the heart to give me a good drink. I also purchased breakfast paying extra money and my wife was sick but they didn’t allow me to take breakfast to my room in a to-go box for my sick wife. They told me to take only fruits. I was shocked to hear this from Hilton. I tipped 20$ to the waitress and 10$ for the omlette man who were good.

Location was great view was awesome...pool is nice lots of seating and outdoor bar. Room clean and beds comfy. Ate at 2 restaurants on site both great.

Valet took forever to get in almost got hit due to hill and parking attendant could not drive a standard rolled 3 times toward me as I kept backing up finally I got to where I could pull to the side. Other guy came and apologized but for the price if 40.00 per day should be better. Elevators slow not all working. Took over 30 min on check out to get down with always being full me and 5 other groups waiting to get on.

The view!! The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Restaurants within walking distance. Valet parking was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel does get really busy when there is a dance competition going on so make sure you don’t book during that.

No easy access to the beach. All the stairs are gone from the storms so you have to walk way down the boardwalk to get to the beach. Our neighbors kept smoking cigarettes in their room and the smell kept coming to our room. Security would come to the room and tell them we complained and leave.
