Breakfast choices was a pleasant surprise, something for everyone, I think that was the best part of our stay !

My two smh moment was pulling out the couch-bed to find a layer of peanuts scattered on top and felt a little bit ignored when checking out the person was on the phone, obviously busy, but never once looked up and motion I'll be right with you or even a gesture/ smile. Only one person was working at that time

The location, the hotel, and my suite were clean & comfy. The breakfast and evening social were really enjoyable. The front desk personnel and staff were professional and attentive to its guess. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The ambiance of the hotel was superb! Both the room and the general areas were a delight.

One hiccup was one day upon return to the room at 4:45pm we found it had not been cleaned. We then just requested clean towels, but then that took a while for housing keeping to deliver.

I loved the location so close to theme parks and icon - 9 minute cab to convention centre for cheer event, 15 minutes cab to universal - they have a bus services I didn't realise, might use next time. Food was ok omelettes were the best. Rooms were ok but quite outdated - carpet and curtains old - sofa in extended room was quite soiled and worn could do with a furnishing revamp as their sister embassy suite looks amazing and was priced reasonably cheaper, However the free cocktail and nibbles attempted to make up for it, slightly. The pool is quite scaled and dirty around the corners, could do with a refresh, we didn't use it. We would stay again for a quick cheer event, would probably try their sister site, however this one is much closer to all you need on the high street a great walking distance if your planning on not driving.

Love the omelets, location perfect for our business, room nice layout, but needs some repairs/remodeling.

The parking fee sucks and the parking lot is in a bit of a mess

The location was fantastic. Housekeeping was great everyday. The free breakfast was good and free happy hour was nice as well. The bed slept well and the water pressure in the shower was great

The toilet ran constantly the entire week; despite telling the front desk it needed to be fixed. Several outlets in the room were not operational, including by the bed. The TVs in the room both had issues with the connection and the picture would break up frequently when we watched it in the evening. Our bathroom sink was also stopped up.

We love this hotel. It is very family friendly. The design of the room made our stay so comfortable. The kids love the "living room". The breakfast is wonderful. Something for everyone. We had a variety of diets and everyone was satisfied. The same grill cook that makes omeletts (really good omlettes) cooked for us 3 years ago - impressive he is still there and doing a remarkable job. The location of the hotel is wonderful. There is so much to do within walking distance. Pizza Uno is right across the street, Dave and Busters a few blocks down. We had a birds eye view of Icon Park and the Orlando Eye. We were meeting friends who also stayed at the hotel. The lobby allowed us to visit, enjoy the lovely aricitechture and entertain our kids. The kids could be in the pool while we visited. The pool area is clean and very asthethically pleasing. The pool is indoor/outdoor and that was so intriguing for our kids.

There was a slight musty smell in the room. Maybe coming from bedding? The sheets were clean. Maybe the quilts could be laundered more frequently? Other than that the room was clean. Maybe filters in AC?

The property was very centrally located -easy access to everything. The employees were nice and they gave me back my deposit quickly.

The furniture was very outdated-they need new beds & mattresses also new sofas & chairs. Everything looked antique.The pool area also needs a hot tub and it needs to be upgraded as well! Also we had nats flying around a lot .The room was kinda small too! The breakfast was ok but not great-you need to use hot utensils to keep your food hot after it’s cooked! Also when I inquired about a late check out-they wanted to charge me for a whole nights stay-just to leave at four-that’s outrageous!!
