Excellent location! They have all the amenities you may need before catching a flight, including a laundry room. The shuttle service was also very convenient, and the facilities were very clean. So happy with my stay—I will definitely come back again.

The bartender was incredibly rude—twice. It’s frustrating to encounter someone so unpleasant in a customer-facing role. It would make a huge difference to have staff who actually enjoy their job or at least treat customers with basic courtesy.

Fantastic location to LAX and we appreciated the staff allowing us to store luggage and use patio area until room was ready Breakfast wasn’t extensive but kept the hunger pangs at bay for several hours. A little more fresh fruit would have been nice

Some of the inner courtyard area had rooms and patios that overlook the pool. It looked like some Repairs are needed on the building

The cleanliness of the rooms is not good, the bathtub is dirty and the smell of humidity was noticeable.

The hotel is a convenient distance from LAX, making overnight stays between flights easy. The breakfast is good and the coffee great! The facilities are nice, with outdoor seating areas.

Calling, after arriving at LAX, to arrange for the shuttle to come and pick one up means the wait can be quite long and the outdoor area where this waiting occurs isn't all that pleasant.

Close to LAX. Exelent breakfast and good ground service to LAX. Will be my ”go to” hotel when I stay the night at LAX.

The location is great, only minutes from LAX, and they have a free shuttle service. The hotel has a pool; the beds are great; there are a mini fridge and coffee and tea making facilities in the room, plus tea and coffee are free to take away throughout the day in the dining area, where there's also a microwave for guests' use. The staff are very friendly and responsive, we were given a late checkout free of charge on several occasions. Across the street from the hotel there's a lovely Ralph's supermarket, plus numerous eateries. The rooms and public areas are very clean.

The disinfectant they use in the rooms has an unpleasant smell, we noticed this every time we were staying at the hotel. The breakfast is good, but they use single use cutlery and plates/cups, which makes for an awful lot of rubbish! I greatly disapprove of that, and I don't see why this can't be changed. You have to ring the hotel for the shuttle service which is very expensive if you have to use an overseas phone, and then after listening to endless options nobody ever answers the phone. Plus it's hard to know where to wait for the shuttle.

Room had a smell. Rooms are tight for a two queen room. Both beds touched a wall on one side. Bathroom was small.

Location - its literally next everything u need, Ralphs, walgreens, starbucks, in & out and some establishments. Staff - pleasant and friendly always willing to help especially the breakfast staff Room - size was ok a bit dated but u have all you need except that the AC wasnt cooling enough. Bathroom - basic toiletries provided but it needs an upgrade Wifi - good connection Bed - comfy with enough pillows Breakfast - enough options to start your day. Breakfast area can be crowded at times Free Shuttle was a plus which is a 24hr service very convinient as it is literally close to LAX

The AC in my room wasnt cooling enough. Its colder in the hallway than in my room. I would have given it a 10/10

It was great for a stop over. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a bonus. The pool looked so inviting but unfortunately not enough time for us to make use of it. The surrounding outdoor area was beautiful✨️ I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Communication by the hotel was very poor. I messaged several times in regards to an earlier check-in and emailed with no response at all. Very disappointing. Also, it would be beneficial to have a notification for clients that you have to book the free shuttle for pick-up at the airport on arrival.

Basic but decent breakfast with hot options. Coffee available 24 hrs. Staff extremely helpful and responsive. Beds comfy and room clean. Shuttle to/from airport very convenient. Loved the outdoor fire pit thing and lights strung up in tree. Close walking to Ralph’s SM, Habit Burger, Starbucks, etc.. close to airport

Room was a little noisy in early morning hours could hear lots of foot traffic above us (stayed on 2nd floor older side of hotel). Nice white noise maker in room though made it tolerable. Elevator was a little worrisome and doors only opened 1” at one point so I started taking stairs. Within the hour someone was stuck in airport and they had to call fire department to come get them out. Super nice staff got help immediately and kept everyone calm. Just maybe consider stairs in older part of hotel or ask for a ground floor room.
