The staff, in particular, were excellent and accommodating! The room was large and comfortable for our family of five It was just an overnight stay during our road trip so we availed ourselves of the EXCELLENT breakfast that was included and cannot speak to any other ammenities. We would definitely stay here again!

That I somehow lost the business cards of the front desk staff! A lovely young red-headed man who checked- us in and the sweet red-headed woman who checked-us out! After chatting a bit with her I discovered she would be relocating to Mexico and was building an AirB&B there as well and she wrote her email down for me. I lost it before our trip was through. 🙄😏

No daily cleaning (garbage and towel turnover) Bathroom is a little on small side Lots of parking but beware some very tight parking spots

I thought Jermy was a great employee. He helped us a lot at check in. The maintenance man also let my seven year old niece help feed the koi fish in the morning. Very friendly staff.

The homeless people broke into the pool area and washed in the hot tub with their dog at night. This was creepy and not safe and made us miss our morning soak because it had to be drained, washed, refilled and heated back up. I was sad they didn't have security at night in such a sketchy area. I felt bad for all the workers there! Nobody deserve this and it could have been prevented.

Day staff and night guy at check in was great. Breakfast staff was exceptional

The fire alarm going off at midnight was not cool. 3specially since it 2as triggered by someone smoking, which apparently happens all the time with no resolution? The staff treated it like normal business? Also the balcony window faced a glaring street light which didn't help with comfort.

It was not hotel's fault they had it posted, but maybe some enforcement of the rules. Parking spaces clearly marked as compact only and no backing in. I could hardly get in my vehicle or back up far enough to get out because of a huge pickup truck that had backed in next to me who clearly did not fit. There was also another one a few spaces down. It was very frustrating.

The staff ws extremely accommodating and the room super clean and comfy. In that neighborhood when driving through some of the other hotels looked questionable so when I arrived here was so happy I had booked it! It was a great hotel for price! The Mexican restaurant right next door was aging food too and I got a discount there because I was staying at this hotel. They also had elevators if you were staying on upper floors. Everything was easy and nice!

Check in staff were great, friendly, helpful and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good. Location is good, just outside of the city centre. Free parking.

The paint choices in the room made it feel a bit dated, but not a big deal at all. The pool and hot tub were closed until after we would be checked out unfortunately which meant we couldn't avail of that facility.

We got a fantastic room with three beds. one of them being in a separate room where I was sleeping comfortably while my mom and my sister can sleep nicely in the main room. Plenty of receptacles and drawers in our room. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Having an elevator in the building makes it super easy for us to bring our stuff to the top floor.

I heard loud noises outside while sleeping my first night here, but the following night it was quiet. I also think there should've been more chairs. We found only two chairs in our room, but there is easily room for at least one more so that all three of us can sit.

It’s a nice building, with an interesting garden area and an impressive koi pond. The floor plan of our suite was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The front lobby is nice and modern. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful.

We had a suite. There’s no AC in the bedroom. The room was nice, but the decor and paint was pretty 90s.

Good beds, clean and fairly quiet. Garden area was very nice. Staff was pleasant. Value was ok. Great restaurants within walking distance and a nice walking path close.

Had to have a CO2 monitor fixed. Maintenance man just stood on a chair to reach with work boots on the seat. No wonder the chairs were worn out and broken down. Only worn items in the room. It also had a non functioning fireplace? That had a sign stating that. Kinda weird.
